Dream - 5/10/2021

Context:
I created a tutorial for Kirby & the Amazing Mirror Any% in 2020. A lot of people in the west used this tutorial but in April 2021, I noticed some people were picking up really bad habits so I had updated the tutorial.

The dream:
One day, I was watching Nippo Speedrun a PMD game. The dungeon he was in was from a game that doesn’t exist but music was mount Bristle. I think he was racing Drewbi and a couple others, but had quit about an hour in. I was away from my house so I was watching on my phone. I think I was in the car by the time I had left Nippo’s stream and then noticed there were 100 new messages in the Katam channel. I was wondering who was posting so much and noticed the first message was a proposal from miri.

17 weeks: May 3rd - May 27th (yes I realize this makes 0 sense).

- Why does the tutorial remove your ability in front of the hammer mix setup spot but doesn’t even go for the mix? That is so fucking stupid. The tutorial should just go for hammer mix. (He also mentioned something about my fight being really stupid. He was probably right but my fix was uploaded this Friday actually).

- 5 names were listed here. Everytime I had look at the list, the names changed. Sometimes they were completely random irl names or online names. Other times they were very particular names such as the name of my sister, and Mr. Beast.

The last line was particularly funny to me looking back. In one of miri’s former wr’s, he had gotten the hammer mix setup, but spat both enemies out and did wiz with parasol.

There was a lot of discussion from many community members. Too my surprise however, TG was not present at all in this dream. I feel like if he was he would just end up making his own tutorial instead. Then I had saw miri was streaming on twitch. It was a katam practice stream to prepare for the big 26! Miri had pasted his proposal onto his stream layout, and was usually facecam but his cam was really blurry. I oddly remember him having 9 viewers.

I was gonna ask him about his hammer mix setup. In case you are wondering, my hammer mix setup is to slide my fingers across A&B very quickly. But I was nervous to ask him so I never did 😢 I get very anxious about asking a jp runner anything for some reason, but it’s something I’ve been working to improve.

The setting:
Was very random for some reason, and I don’t feel like piecing it all together for some reason. I will say I do remember it always being past dusk. Like I said I was in a car while watching Nippo’s stream. I was also in a car when I had first saw the katam discord. Then all of a sudden I was home watching MKCocoon’s stream. He was steaming Spelunky, his character of choice was Alto (which is also Rioyners). He said the f-word so many times for some reason I thought it was actually real. His chat went nuts everytime he cursed and it was really funny.

Then mk’s stream had gone into a buffer. My internet had died, but this was because my dad was upgrading our internet... yet again LMAO. He was like literally changing one thing to make his ipad work better with it (even tho it works perfectly fine already). Then all of a sudden, I was walking in a park with Sauce and Logi. This was the part when I was asking miri about hammer mix, but I was making every single typo possible. It took me like 2 minutes to write a message that should have otherwise taken me like 20 seconds. It took me like 3-4 tries to fix my spelling mistakes too. Once I finished my sentence, I realized there was like 10 spaces between each word somehow. Anyway there was one point when a big fluffy dog has pranced past us and I vividly remember logi saying quietly to himself “that’s such a good boy...” like 3 times. Then I woke up
