	Appearance: Hinz appears to be in a white lab coat with under light body armor underneath he has a bionic right arm, and he has pale white skin. He has messy black hair and brown eyes, he also have a faint scar going along his cheeck and wearing Metalic like boots that operates as secondary protection.
Faction: Renaissance Science-Department

	Personality: He brings crazy and insanity to a new level, he loves to experiment onto others and getting fantastic results, he also is considerably "strange" since he kind of doesn't segregate Experimental like most.He is extremely ambitious beyond words and generally a lot of other GS are concerned about this and usually don't try to work with him.

	Traits: His Bionic Arm like a shock-glove can send out electrical charges onto any skin on skin contact or has its sharp pointed cables be shot out of the arm and latch onto the unfortunate person and Operates as a tazer. The Man also carries a none-combat uses portable reflector shields which can protect him from possible assassinations, grenades, and others once the shield is depleted or damaged it cannot recharge meaning it can only last so long. Hinz also have a dreadnaught suit that he can remotely control by himself without him actually stepping into it. It has large Gatling gun that deploys over the shoulder, a Heads up display that displays the status of the battle-field, armor or even his health(Such as broken limbs or such). It also have a loosen hydraulic which is found underneath the wrist that the end is extremly blunted and lunges out towards his target at a 5 ft range. If the opponent was hit within that area(unless at the 5ft region) they are sent flying back, the power of the Hydraulic is meant to completely bend a 4 layer thick wall of steel that is also anchored onto a surface(That meaning its going to break or bruise an organ or two can't kill though). Also the suit also is slightly larger than most dreadnaught and can use its other arm to shoot a chain composed out of carbon fiber and having a claw that can completely secure itself around a persons waist and he can use that to rag-doll people. Also hydraulics are applied into the suit which gives him a tremendous boost of speed and Strength.
Weapons: If he is not using his Suit which is almost every time he uses some portable weapons such as a stun gun which shoots out a high amount of an electrical charge given a radius which can put people in the state of unconcous given if your in that area when it fires. He also uses ses 3 PCDs which he just rolls it infront of a corner person and well RIP. A lot of his weapons though are stunned based are not meant to kill seeing he always enjoy experimentation and he prefers getting something out of it.

Bio: Hinz story generally describes his dark and generally insane character since he was a child that his parents were abusers, his three older brothers always picked on him, beating him to the ground or other awful things. The reason why is that he was the weakest and the most smallest in his family, his Brothers always towered over him like a mountain, they were three times his size, three times his speed and his age. Hinz though coudn't contribute if barely anything to the military and that's why his father looked upon him and his mother generally favoring over his three younger brothers which the oldest went into the Military. He could barely contribute anythign literally he couldn't even be a errands boy. But he was though highly intelligent something his mother, his brothers or his father couldn't meet at all. How he saw things was different strange and amazing at the same time even the teaching programs couldn't even keep up with him by the time he was 8 he was already learning collage base stuff. He exceeded every science class possible but what he took interest his the human body, and...sub-humans. He had no friends because of this everyone saw him that he will be executed soon...but Hinz was smart and kept this secret and when authorities questioned him about this he successfully lied and manipulated them that he was being fraud and using his young age to do so. Soon he successfully joined the task-force at the age of 16 and wanted to join on working on sub-humans..on the project on all projects he was even there at project genesis too; Hinz enjoyed experimenting and making enhanced human beings that he saw may be humanities "Savior" see people thinks he is like everybody else but really he sees sub-humans as the next stage of evolution and keeps pressing the idea for more and more sub-humans. It didn't though take him long to become a head scientist in this department as he made more, and more experimental and proposed similar ideas towards them he was highly favored.
	Soon after he also invented the armor the Experimentals now use as he proposed the idea to protect the experimentals to protect "The Data" he pretends to treat them like dirt but if they are alone together he treats them with luxory. Also as a reward for his efforts towards the Renesiance he was given a massive house, with luxory items applied beyond dreams and he was asked any favor he wants. truly he asked that all of his data about anything was removed, and that he personally wants to execute a "Family" He explained his story about his abusive parents and brothers and they agreed to his terms as well as the data erase as it will be a way for people to not know he existed and only in the task department it was also a way to avoid possible assassins. He personally "ended" his family and his brothers with no hesitation unfortunately his brother was MIA for an odd reason and thus the Renaissance did not put an Effort to find him knowing he'd probably be dead and Hinz did not care. Hinze became extremly wealthy and had a lot of acess to most of the Renaissance resources as they know if he request for a particuler kind its not just because he wants it; it's because he is going to make something.
	Hinz though made an effort and browsed the idea on experimenting on sub-human children rather than older folks as he said that there bodies can adjust a lot faster and easier to the virus than an adult because they are still growing. Hinz experimented on dozens on children some died in his attempts while others lived. Hinz also designed his personal Dread-naught suit which utilize highly strong none-metals like carbon fiber , and made his dread naught suit like a mech than an actual suit of armor. Hinz though had a favorite in his experimentals which was experiment 001-043Y-12Ufi also known as 001 but commonly known as "Yumi". Her DNA was capable with his "idea" Which is a bio-matrix suit. Hinz was about around his 24 when he found Yumi, and genrally placed her in the Arc project while also giving her knowledge of military combat, endurance, pressure points you name it to make her more effectively.  He usaully sends her out to either assassinate other ren scientist he finds as a pest, or insurgents...but one importnat event was his brother which she killed his brothers family and child. When she escaped and he was aware that an experimental Re-captured and asked about her he intervened and asked that she is brought back to the re-education center immediately. The man is very ambitous to cut it short, he wants to see if he can become the "next" director but he cannot achieve this while still playing a pawn and usaully he is getting awfully anoyyed you can say in the fog zone. He also asked the men at the fog zone to look for a material component or use a machine that conduct are large range scan which he was right. A material component that he needs that is underneath the very insurgents and they are unaware of the prize they are standing.
	He spoke in the radio that if Yumi fails this project or 001004 fails he will come personally to deal with the matter himself. Most Renesiance soldiers...don't like that when he personally comes down but luckily he was returned yumi and he has to tend to her first.
