  3.
  4. >One thing's for sure, though
  5. >This train ride just got a bit more dangerous, especially with Twilight and that moose seeing 「Party Party Party」
  6. >Is Pony Joe real, or is this the result of some sort of wibbly -wobbly timey-wimey stuff?
  7. >You doze off while thinking about it, not noticing the bronze moose lurking towards Pony Joe's sleeping cabin...
  8.
  9. ...
  10. >"Heya, Pinkie. What's the problem? Did you step on a rock again?"
  11. "Snore..."
  12. >"No, of course not! Papa, can I ask what the difference between unicorns n' pegasi n' earth ponies are?"
  13. "Snore..."
  14. >"Of course, Pinkie. It all goes like this. Unicorns have magic, and pegasi can fly."
  15. "Snore... Eh..."
  16. >"What about us, papa? What can we do?"
  17. "Mmh... Joe, what in face did you..."
  18. >"We've got things that not even Celestia has. They have magic, we've got... powers, you can say."
  19. "Snore... Blergh..."
  20. >"Wowee! All of us have magic? What're the powers called? Do we have 'em, papa?"
  21. "Twi... Snore..."
  22. >"We all do, kiddo. They're going to 「Rock your World!!」 when you grow up."
  23. >SLAM
  24. >"Dad, you didn't answer the other question! What're the powers called?"
  25. "...?"
  26. >"Oh, right. These special abilities don't have a name, but you know what I call 'em? To me, they're—"
  27. "What's that sound...?"
  28.
  29. >It's one A.M. and you're still on the train, guarding the 「MMMM」 with your life
  30. >It's been just about nine hours since the battle between Pony Joe, or so you think
  31. >It's really early, so you can't tell, but there's something that you DO know
  32. >There was a loud noise coming from your left side
  33. >Slowly, you rise next to the cake, making SURE that it hasn't been touched
  34. >Celestia knows the fury you would unleash upon those who defile it
  35. >Well, now that you have that over, you decide to look for the source of the sound
  36. >You remember hearing hoofsteps, so maybe it's a pony?
  37. >Either way, it's time for a chase scene
  38. "「PPP」。"
  39. >With the stealth of a Rainbow Dash going to prank someone, you inch towards the door...
  40. >And walk right through it, revealing a pony slam one carriage away
  41. >Which is strange, because it took you a whole two minutes to get to the door, unless it's an Earth pony, they should be...
  42. >Applejack?
  43. >You quicken your pace, beginning to sprint towards the doors
  44. >You run right through the door with 「PPP」, glad you don't need to wake up anyone else because of the door slamming
  45. >Another carriage gone through
  46. >Another carriage checked
  47. >Another carriage checked
  48. >OH FUCK YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE TRAIN
  49.
  50. >Slowly skidding to a stop before you slip onto the train tracks below, you look from side to side, wondering where Applejack is
  51. >After a while, you look back, mindful that maybe it was a trick of the ears
  52. >Wait...
  53. >If you're gone, who's guarding the cakes?
  54. "Oh, no! Pony Joe might be wrecking them right now! I have to get back there!"
  55. >You rush through the carriages again, 「PPP」 helping you pass through before you're back at the Sweets Room
  56. >Nothing's out of the ordinary, thank goodness, but the chocolate moose looks a bit way off...
  57. >Maybe it's melting and not that creature you saw before
  58. >Hopefully
  59. >Out of the corner of your eye, you notice a silhouette of what seems to be... a mare? Is THAT Applejack?
  60. >No, that's not her signature hat
  61. >But she's getting away, so who cares?
  62. >You bust open the door, not bothering to use 「PPP」 to just go through it
  63. >The pony sprinted through all the doors, leaving them open, so all you have to do is run
  64. >With the horsepower from the sweets you had yesterday, you speed through the train to get to the engine
  65. >You slow down and open the door, looking inside
  66. "Hey!"
  67. >It's just the... conductor? Coal-thrower?
  68. >You're not sure on the correct wording, but either way, she's not who you're looking for
  69.
  70. >Looking back to the cake, everything seems to be alright
  71. >No, you KNOW it's alright, because the cake's still up and standing, thank Celestia
  72. "Thank Celestia you're alright, 「MMMM」. It's hard enough that I gotta look after you, I gotta look after the rest, too!"
  73. >You sit down in the middle of the room, keeping your senses heightened as the stakes begin to rise
  74. "Now, from now on, I'm not going to let ANYTHING go wrong. No more missus nice mare."
  75. >The room becomes silent
  76. >You can hear your own heartbeat from how much adrenaline you have
  77. >You're lucky you got a good night's sleep or else you wouldn't be able to even lift your head
  78. >You are, of course, Pinkamena Diane Pie
  79. >The Element of Laughter, the Poster Pony for Ponyville Parties and the User of 「Party Party Party」 and what-not
  80. >Your energy should be through the roof
  81. >You do feel kind of tired, but that doesn't matter
  82. >Because YOU are gonna WIN the contest for MISTER AND MISSUS CAKE
  83. >A nap does kind of sound good to you, though
  84. >You hear a door slam to your right, and your adrenaline goes through the roof again
  85. "Who's there?!"
  86. >...
  87. >Silence
  88. >You, at this current moment, are scared fucking shitless
  89.
  90. >It is most likely twenty past one in the morning? You can't tell because there isn't a clock in the room you're in
  91. >You're especially on guard because of that noise you heard earlier
  92. >If the going gets tough, you might have to fight with 「PPP」
  93. >All seems well, so maybe you can take a quick nap for five minutes?
  94. >Eyes drifting off, you begin to fall into the world of dreams, thinking about sweets and parties and all things nice...
  95. >Until the blinds suddenly roll down, forcing you wide awake
  96. >You hear a few hoofsteps and a squelch
  97. >There's a lot of commotion, enough to make you freak out and yell
  98. "何?! まさか! 「Triple P」!"
  99. >Your eyes bulge out, and then 「PPP」 backtracks your words for you
  100. "Ehem, I mean... You're not getting away with this! 「PPP」!"
  101. >Falling into the floor, to appear on top of where the source of noise was
  102. >You smell perfume, but what kind, you're not sure...
  103. >Wait, it's not mangoes, is it?
  104. >A girlish squeal happens after a few seconds on staying on the intruder
  105. >It's definitely not Applejack, you know that much
  106. >"Get off of me, you brute!"
  107. >Retching, you leap off the thief while they run off, bumping into the wall while doing so
  108. >Your legs ache and your throat's burning, but the blinds are back to normal
  109.
  110. >With weakened strength, you look towards the door and peer into the hallway
  111. >Nothing but the sickeningly sweet smell of mangoes, which isn't enough to make you retch
  112. >You're still plenty wary, though, so you turn around
  113. >A painting of an old emperor lays crooked, so you fix it, reading the little indentation on the bottom with your Pinkie Eyesight
  114. "'Baron Von Hoof. Painting created circa 300 A.D. by 'Kishihay Rohoof', made at the Hoovre.' Well, that's a dumb name, now isn't it?"
  115. >Somehow, somewhere, you can feel like someone is cursing your very existence
  116. >It's just your Pinkie sense talking, though
  117. >Shakily returning to the centre of the room, you suddenly feel very tired
  118. >Anyone would after going through something like that, you suppose
  119. "But I gotta keep looking after 「MMMM」... I can't just leave it here alone..."
  120. >Out the corner of your eye, you could have sworn you saw the moose moving again
  121. >You rub your eyes, staring at the cake to make sure that NO ONE even goes near it
  122. >NO ONE can, so you're going to stay vigilant until the dawn!
  123. >...
  124. >...
  125. >...
  126. "Snore..."
  127.
  128. >It's two A.M., and you're asleep, knowing that the 「MMMM」 is in safe hooves
  129. >You're dreaming of sweets and parties and your friends, among other things
  130. >But something is peculiar
  131. >One dream keeps coming back to you, yet you don't know why, and it always ends abruptly
  132. >It always ends like this...
  133. >"Dad, you didn't answer the other question! What're the powers called?"
  134. >"Oh, right. These special abilities don't have a name, but you know what I call 'em? To me, they're—"
