- >One thing's for sure, though
- >This train ride just got a bit more dangerous, especially with Twilight and that moose seeing 「Party Party Party」
- >Is Pony Joe real, or is this the result of some sort of wibbly -wobbly timey-wimey stuff?
- >You doze off while thinking about it, not noticing the bronze moose lurking towards Pony Joe's sleeping cabin...
- ...
- >"Heya, Pinkie. What's the problem? Did you step on a rock again?"
- "Snore..."
- >"No, of course not! Papa, can I ask what the difference between unicorns n' pegasi n' earth ponies are?"
- "Snore..."
- >"Of course, Pinkie. It all goes like this. Unicorns have magic, and pegasi can fly."
- "Snore... Eh..."
- >"What about us, papa? What can we do?"
- "Mmh... Joe, what in face did you..."
- >"We've got things that not even Celestia has. They have magic, we've got... powers, you can say."
- "Snore... Blergh..."
- >"Wowee! All of us have magic? What're the powers called? Do we have 'em, papa?"
- "Twi... Snore..."
- >"We all do, kiddo. They're going to 「Rock your World!!」 when you grow up."
- >SLAM
- >"Dad, you didn't answer the other question! What're the powers called?"
- "...?"
- >"Oh, right. These special abilities don't have a name, but you know what I call 'em? To me, they're—"
- "What's that sound...?"
- >It's one A.M. and you're still on the train, guarding the 「MMMM」 with your life
- >It's been just about nine hours since the battle between Pony Joe, or so you think
- >It's really early, so you can't tell, but there's something that you DO know
- >There was a loud noise coming from your left side
- >Slowly, you rise next to the cake, making SURE that it hasn't been touched
- >Celestia knows the fury you would unleash upon those who defile it
- >Well, now that you have that over, you decide to look for the source of the sound
- >You remember hearing hoofsteps, so maybe it's a pony?
- >Either way, it's time for a chase scene
- "「PPP」。"
- >With the stealth of a Rainbow Dash going to prank someone, you inch towards the door...
- >And walk right through it, revealing a pony slam one carriage away
- >Which is strange, because it took you a whole two minutes to get to the door, unless it's an Earth pony, they should be...
- >Applejack?
- >You quicken your pace, beginning to sprint towards the doors
- >You run right through the door with 「PPP」, glad you don't need to wake up anyone else because of the door slamming
- >Another carriage gone through
- >Another carriage checked
- >Another carriage checked
- >OH FUCK YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE TRAIN
- >Slowly skidding to a stop before you slip onto the train tracks below, you look from side to side, wondering where Applejack is
- >After a while, you look back, mindful that maybe it was a trick of the ears
- >Wait...
- >If you're gone, who's guarding the cakes?
- "Oh, no! Pony Joe might be wrecking them right now! I have to get back there!"
- >You rush through the carriages again, 「PPP」 helping you pass through before you're back at the Sweets Room
- >Nothing's out of the ordinary, thank goodness, but the chocolate moose looks a bit way off...
- >Maybe it's melting and not that creature you saw before
- >Hopefully
- >Out of the corner of your eye, you notice a silhouette of what seems to be... a mare? Is THAT Applejack?
- >No, that's not her signature hat
- >But she's getting away, so who cares?
- >You bust open the door, not bothering to use 「PPP」 to just go through it
- >The pony sprinted through all the doors, leaving them open, so all you have to do is run
- >With the horsepower from the sweets you had yesterday, you speed through the train to get to the engine
- >You slow down and open the door, looking inside
- "Hey!"
- >It's just the... conductor? Coal-thrower?
- >You're not sure on the correct wording, but either way, she's not who you're looking for
- >Looking back to the cake, everything seems to be alright
- >No, you KNOW it's alright, because the cake's still up and standing, thank Celestia
- "Thank Celestia you're alright, 「MMMM」. It's hard enough that I gotta look after you, I gotta look after the rest, too!"
- >You sit down in the middle of the room, keeping your senses heightened as the stakes begin to rise
- "Now, from now on, I'm not going to let ANYTHING go wrong. No more missus nice mare."
- >The room becomes silent
- >You can hear your own heartbeat from how much adrenaline you have
- >You're lucky you got a good night's sleep or else you wouldn't be able to even lift your head
- >You are, of course, Pinkamena Diane Pie
- >The Element of Laughter, the Poster Pony for Ponyville Parties and the User of 「Party Party Party」 and what-not
- >Your energy should be through the roof
- >You do feel kind of tired, but that doesn't matter
- >Because YOU are gonna WIN the contest for MISTER AND MISSUS CAKE
- >A nap does kind of sound good to you, though
- >You hear a door slam to your right, and your adrenaline goes through the roof again
- "Who's there?!"
- >...
- >Silence
- >You, at this current moment, are scared fucking shitless
- >It is most likely twenty past one in the morning? You can't tell because there isn't a clock in the room you're in
- >You're especially on guard because of that noise you heard earlier
- >If the going gets tough, you might have to fight with 「PPP」
- >All seems well, so maybe you can take a quick nap for five minutes?
- >Eyes drifting off, you begin to fall into the world of dreams, thinking about sweets and parties and all things nice...
- >Until the blinds suddenly roll down, forcing you wide awake
- >You hear a few hoofsteps and a squelch
- >There's a lot of commotion, enough to make you freak out and yell
- "何?! まさか! 「Triple P」!"
- >Your eyes bulge out, and then 「PPP」 backtracks your words for you
- "Ehem, I mean... You're not getting away with this! 「PPP」!"
- >Falling into the floor, to appear on top of where the source of noise was
- >You smell perfume, but what kind, you're not sure...
- >Wait, it's not mangoes, is it?
- >A girlish squeal happens after a few seconds on staying on the intruder
- >It's definitely not Applejack, you know that much
- >"Get off of me, you brute!"
- >Retching, you leap off the thief while they run off, bumping into the wall while doing so
- >Your legs ache and your throat's burning, but the blinds are back to normal
- >With weakened strength, you look towards the door and peer into the hallway
- >Nothing but the sickeningly sweet smell of mangoes, which isn't enough to make you retch
- >You're still plenty wary, though, so you turn around
- >A painting of an old emperor lays crooked, so you fix it, reading the little indentation on the bottom with your Pinkie Eyesight
- "'Baron Von Hoof. Painting created circa 300 A.D. by 'Kishihay Rohoof', made at the Hoovre.' Well, that's a dumb name, now isn't it?"
- >Somehow, somewhere, you can feel like someone is cursing your very existence
- >It's just your Pinkie sense talking, though
- >Shakily returning to the centre of the room, you suddenly feel very tired
- >Anyone would after going through something like that, you suppose
- "But I gotta keep looking after 「MMMM」... I can't just leave it here alone..."
- >Out the corner of your eye, you could have sworn you saw the moose moving again
- >You rub your eyes, staring at the cake to make sure that NO ONE even goes near it
- >NO ONE can, so you're going to stay vigilant until the dawn!
- >...
- >...
- >...
- "Snore..."
- >It's two A.M., and you're asleep, knowing that the 「MMMM」 is in safe hooves
- >You're dreaming of sweets and parties and your friends, among other things
- >But something is peculiar
- >One dream keeps coming back to you, yet you don't know why, and it always ends abruptly
- >It always ends like this...
- >"Dad, you didn't answer the other question! What're the powers called?"
- >"Oh, right. These special abilities don't have a name, but you know what I call 'em? To me, they're—"
