Survival Servers Testimonial

This review is based on my experience with an Unturned server for the past 6 months.

Hello Survival Servers Forum!
Ive had a great run with Survival Servers so far and decided to write why I LOVE Survival Servers.

1. Lag-Free: No matter how much players you have, how much stuff is placed on the map. No matter how much items on the ground, and no matter how much mods/plugins you add the server will not lag. I'm not sure what CPU the servers have but they must be good for it to be able to handle so much.

2. Customer Support: Their support is very fast at replying to any questions you may have. They always have an answer and will find help you with any questions and problems you have while running your game server. They usually respond 2-6 hours. If you ask on Twitter they usually respond within the hour.

3. User Friendly Control Panel: Survival Servers has by far the best control panel any game server hosting service has. It is very user friendly, allowing you to select any map, the server mode, the server type, the the MOTD, the server name, admins, ect. Other server hosters such as LYHME or Game Servers do NOT have this feature AT ALL. They expect you to learn how to set up everything in the file alone. If you select to have Rocket installed and when you update it will also update Rocket unlike LYHME and Game Servers. You can even change the password for the FTP and RCON, also very simply by imputing the information and clicking one button to save it all.

4. Instant Setup: The server is set up instantly unlike other hosters that make you wait a few minutes then tell you its up.

5. Affiliate Program: Yes! They allow you to make money by getting people to buy from Survival Servers. WHats better than making money?

6. Forums: On the forums you meet many people and can also get support from not only the staff who reply but the community can reply this allowing for faster possible support by the community.

7. The Wiki: Some other hosters do not offer a wiki but a poorly done FAQ. Survival Servers offer a Wiki, Maintained by their staff, their wiki contains answers to common questions, "getting started" guides, and other resources to help you admin your game server.

8. Automated Restarts: Survival Servers offer automated restarts. MANY hosters lack this feature which helps servers clear any lag they may occur while running their game server. Automated restarts are optional and can be configured to restart every even hour. EX. 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24.

9. DDoS Protected: At most of their locations they are protected from DDoS attacks, not much to say about this. DDoS protection is a good for every hoster.

10. SSD Hard Disks: We all know SSDs are faster than HDDs and more reliable. Having an SSD as the solid drive allows it to run faster and not easily breakable. This making it Survival Servers game servers a plus.

11. Custom Launch Parameters: Custom launch parameters allows you to overwrite the config.json file this allowing you to set your custom launch parameters. With this it allows you to use commands not in control panel and allows you to set a custom map. Which again adds to the User Friendly Control Panel.

All of these are based on my experience with Survival Servers Unturned game server.
