Sonja throws guts at someone

But Sonja's blade worked like a living thing; a whirl of silver, constantly spinning, arcing, pressing. When she slipped on a thick trail of blood, she instinctively threw herself sidewise, and her opponent's sword bit heavily into the wooden stairs. It took him but an instant to work it free, but in that brief time Sonja pushed herself up, feeling her left arm sink to the wrist in the mush of a dead man's slashed belly. She clamped her fist, furiously threw a long line of running entrails full into her attacker's face. He yelled and dropped back. Sonja leaped up and clove him sidewise through the rib-cage.
