- Critical mistake liberalism makes: come to this magical understanding of laws are enforced, some majestic aura that is enforced even if people dont believe in them. When really a law is just a promise that can be gone back on, and the society IS going back on its promises, need some reason to change that.
- Moldbug nomialism and anti-nomialism. How much do you want the state to keep its promises. How seriously do we take things people said in the past? Tight monetary policy is a hard promise. Living Constitution is anti-nomian, because it can be retconned (which the left wants and the right doesnt)
