Ultrasmash Taiga 3

Split the sky.

The two fighters are a tempest. The entire jungle seems to sway and shake, the trees leaning in so that they too might have a chance to witness this titanic clash. Taiga is giving it his absolute most, every single step he takes delivered with such conviction and force as to shatter the very ground he walks on.

A relentless whirlwind of bladework, his body twirling ferociously - always pressing forward on his opponent. His small form collides with the demons chitinous plates again and again, grinding down their defenses and leaving him open to Ipos's stronger attacks. He knew that Ipos was far stronger, and played around that fact. Diversions, feints - putting his body on the line so that Ipos might find an opening. He's dedicated, unbelievably so.

This boy was a natural at war. The fear pounding in his heart drowned out by the excitement of a true challenge.

"LOOK AT ME!" He howls! His voice sweeps through the jungle, a burning passion cried out into the sky for all to hear.

How many times had he failed his training? How many times had he cracked under pressure before now? Failure after failure had piled on top of his shoulders so high, the weight of it all seemed unbearable. It had cracked him wide open. Only to reveal something stronger underneath. He was told to split the sky. A challenge by his late father - deemed impossible. Something only said as a means to send him in circles. To drive home that some things truly were out of his grasp.

Fuck that. "IKKEN HISSATSU!" His blade is sheathed. Wind swirls around him, the pressure building as he draws all of it towards him. His sheath begins to wobble, quivering under the intense winds. So powerful even the magi behind it can barely contain its strength. It looks like he's about to falter. About to fail again. But he refuses. His blade is drawn again, with all the force of a hurricane. A single, all powerful slash erupts outward.

Eshu would be consumed entirely by the shockwave. Brought up high into the sky and sent sailing away. There was only one thing left to do. Haiku.

"Like a bamboo reed

In a blazing inferno

A complete annihilation." He sheathes his weapon.
