  1. So just because benefits haven't been 'proven' by studies it's 'unscientific'? So if studies did prove the claims, would it just magically be scientific, even though it was true the whole time? I don't always need studies to tell me everything, I've found things have worked for me trying them out for myself. Then of course it's just "I tried it, I felt it work!", the scientific people just chalk it up to idiots falling for the placebo effect(not everyone is THAT condescending about it though I know) and ignore that sometimes there's very clear and obvious things you notice, not just feelings. He shou wu completely reversing gray hairs isn't placebo, many people experience that among other things even if it won't work for everyone. I've even been told that adrenal fatigue is a made up thing by people selling herbs for it, oh boy. Even if it were true, like modern medicine doesn't create the sickness so it can provide the cure, they do plenty of that and they know it. There IS a lot wrong with natural medicine(and similar) don't get me wrong, but so much more wrong with modern medicine IMO. Most of what's wrong with natural medicine is actually caused and/or made worse by modern medicine, no good reason they can't coexist but Big Pharma is too corrupt to let that happen. Many 'scientific' studies these days are a joke anyway, it's hard to know which are and which aren't. There's usually a reason things like this lack them and most studies are done by corrupt people, or are funded by biased people. 'Studies' that show sucralose is safe being funded by Splenda, lol. You'd think if people knew it was bullshit, they'd have the studies to prove it, but they either know it isn't or aren't so sure. Just look at kratom, Big Pharma wants it banned because they can't find a way to patent it and get rich off it, and people are turning to that for chronic pain, addicts are turning to that instead of methadone treatment. Kratom is literally saving people's lives, both addicts but also the chronic pain patients that are being turned down for meds due to tighter regulations because of the opioid epidemic, and many end up killing themselves, if only some knew about kratom before taking their lives. This makes me think of a video about how coconut oil can raise bad cholesterol, and then of course all the 'scientific' idiots start acting like it should be TOTALLY avoided and has no health benefit whatsoever, and start acting like all the health people taking it are the idiots, even going so far as to say they should just keep taking it so it kills them, like that would be a 'good' thing to kill the 'stupid' people. How does that disprove benefit? Some people are all science and skepticism and no critical thinking. All it really means is people shouldn't use it excessively long-term, or just use in moderation to begin with.
