  1. S: The corporate building was monstrous, a monolith of glass and steel rising up into the skyline and reflecting large swaths of sunlight back towards the city. Skarlett was clad in her... less than modest attire, but she'd neglected to go full slut for the day, opting for a pair of daisy dukes that actually covered the globes of her rump, and a long sleeved shirt that clung tightly to her frame, though her stomach was still exposed. She was proud of it after all, nice hard planes of abdominal muscle jumping out at anyone who decided to sneak a peek at her. She kept her hair up in her favorite pig tails, the tips of each dyed a blue-green color. She strode into the building, heels clacking audibly along the tiled floor and to the front desk. The security guy had seen her a few times before hand, but he wasn't about to let her up into the building unattended either. "Hey Steve!" she said happily and jumped up, resting her forearms on the marble countertop that ran the full length of the lobby, leaning forwards and shoving off a bit of her cleavage. "Hey Skarlett. Here to see your aunt again?" he asked, seemingly unperturbed by her attire or attitude, a strange thing for Skarlett to reconcile still. "Mmhmm. Do I get a badge today finally?" He fixed her with a blank stare. "No. One moment." He picked up the phone and dialed her aunt's secretaries extension, informing her that Skarlett was in the lobby and requesting to see Charlie. Now all she had to do was wait.
  2.
  3. C: The buzz on the intercom interrupted her with it's groaning sound. The woman reached over and pushed the button. "Yes?" Her assistant's voice came over loud and clear announcing that Skarlett was there to see her. Groaning Charlie gave a sigh, "Send someone down to pick her up." What on earth did that problem child want? if it was just to come and bug her then there would be words given and the child probably punished. Charlie was in no mood to deal with that at the moment, there was a mountain of paperwork to finish and she was rather exhausted from all the meetings that she had to deal with all week. She waited for the arrival of the lithe female, sitting back and already pouring herself a whiskey in anticipation. In the lobby a large burly man would step from the elevator and motion for Skarlett to follow, he didn't say much in ways of conversation, only doing as he was told without question and keeping anything he has seen or done silently for fear of severe repercussions. Once the girl followed him into the elevator he pushed the button for the top floor and stood with his hands in front of him clasped, the silent sentinel while the elevator rose. The light bong announcing their destination, he would escort her to the large office opposite the elevators and open the door after a brief knock. Once she was in, the man closed it behind her and left to go about his other duties. Charlie sat staring at her a moment while sipping the whiskey, finally speaking. "And what do I owe this pleasure?" She said with a slight tone.
  4.
  5. S: When the elevator opened and the large man beckoned her over, she nearly skipped to the elevator and settled in beside him while he punched in the number. She knew him. He never talked to her, never even looked at her unless he was summoning her to the elevator in the first place. "Hey Marco... or Roger... no wait! Allen!" she said, her usual game to see if she could get him to crack. It failed every time but it made the four minute elevator ride slightly bearable at least! Leaning against the wall, she peered him up and down and bit her lip, shaking thoughts from her mind while she continued to rattle of names. "Emilio? Judd? Is it something silly like ABCD?" The doors opened and he led her across the hall to her aunt's office and knocked, guiding her in before closing it behind him. Immediately she felt the intense gaze of her aunt sweeping over her, the scent of whiskey barely clinging to the air but still strong enough for her to recognize it. Skarlett avoided eye contact for a moment and looked around the office. "Thought I'd drop by, see how you were doing is all..." she said but it was an obvious lie. Skarlett felt her face flush as soon as she'd finished the fabrication and then raised her hand. "Wait... no. I got, uh, expelled today... so I have a lot of free time in the future, and I..." she started to say but couldn't quite get the words out to her aunt just yet. She was feeling something she rarely felt... was it shame? Guilt? Skarlett looked towards her aunt, as if she was a beacon for her to draw strength from. "It won't happen again but I wanted to ask how you felt about... teaching me? To be more like you... to run a business and be successful..."
  6.
  7. C: This wasn't a shock to the woman what so ever. It was only a matter of time before the girl did something stupid and got herself thrown out of school. If it wasn't Peach it was Skarlett and it is a miracle that she hadn't been taken to the nut house yet because of the two. "You want me to teach you? Someone who doesn't want to listen... can't even stay in school. Without a good education, how do you ever expect to have the knowledge to run a business let alone to know how to deal with the operations." Sipping at the whiskey to give herself some time. "Oh you can go by the people that have success stories and not having an education, but those people had common sense. You, my dear..." She said taking another sip. "Do not have any of the above." Was she cynical and a bit bitchy? Yes. Because she isn't going to sit there and deal with a child that can't even listen to her own mother, the older female's best friend. She was an Aunt to many, with how many people she knew. She was the one that was able to look at them all even her blood relations and just resist their cute flirty charms. The woman was hard and had a no-nonsense way about things. "Tell me... no... convince me... why I should teach you."
  8.
  9. S: Even though she knew it was coming every word that was slung at her still stung and struck against her pride. She knew what was going to be said as soon as she'd come up with the idea, but she hoped against hope that her reasoning was enough. Taking a calm and steadying breath she approached her aunt at her desk and slipped herself down into the chair that was opposite her. "Do you know why I'm always in trouble at school?" she asked her, though even if she did it didn't matter. What she did was never as important as the why. "I don't respect them." It sounded catty and impudent coming from her purple glossed lips and she knew how it would look and sound but she continued on. "Not them as people, but what they are teaching me. I know a good deal, just because I get kicked out of school a lot doesn't mean I don't pay attention. I'm a quick learner, and yes hot headed. But the reason I don't like any of the teachers, why I can never listen to them is I don't respect them. They say they want us to be successful... but they're teachers. I'm not knocking the profession, but when I could learn first hand from someone like you, who is successful, who I've seen proof that you can do what you say you can... it's so much easier because I don't have to have blind faith in someone to tell me what the next step should be. I have someone I could actually turn to..." She looked away and felt her face flushing hot and glaring red, and a small bit of water welled up in her eye. Her voice choked for a moment. "You don't have to like me, I just... want to be better. For me, and no one else but for me."
  10.
  11. C: Charlie had heard enough. This was a bunch of bullshit. The glass would suddenly clink down hard on the top of the desk, the woman leaning back and crossing a leg over the other. Arms resting on the arms of her plush leather chair. "You don't respect them so you decided to cause trouble and get yourself kicked out." She repeated the quick version. "If that is the excuse you are going to give me then you can take those tacky knock-off heels and walk your little ass right out of my office." She stood then and walked around the desk. She was very irritated, and hated the stupid excuses. She had enough of them from the girl. "You don't have to respect the teachers to listen to them. They are there to give you the basic knowledge you need so you can find out the next step on your own." She scoffed moving to the edge of the desk and stopping, her hand resting on the top by fingertips. "You go to the best schools, not cheap mind you... so you are basically throwing away the good money that was being used on you to give you a leg up in the world. And you laugh at what they are trying to do? Make a mockery out of what we are trying to do to help you?" Her hand came up and quickly slapped down on the top of the desk, making the items nearest rattle their protest. "If you want to be better then you would have sucked it up like the rest of society and took what was literally handed to you." the woman huffed and walked back around the desk, grabbing the glass to refill it bringing it to her lips to down about half of it. She was so mad she could strangle the girl. "My answer to your inquiry... is no. Absolutely no. The reason being? Is because if you are not going to listen to teachers then what makes me think you will listen to me? You can sit there and say you will, but with your track record I highly doubt it." Head turning those blue eyes pinning the girl to the seat under her gaze. "You want me to teach you... show me that you can listen despite not liking someone. Do what you are supposed to do and finish school. I went to school... even college. I didn't like my teachers or professors. I didn't like the assignments... but you know what? I buckled down and did what I had to, and this is why." Points to herself and then hand moving out at the rest of the office. "Do that... and I might consider what you ask. If you can't do that then I would rather teach a blind dog how to fetch. At least it would listen." She downed the rest of the whiskey and placed the glass down on the desk turning her back on the girl to stare out the window.
  12.
  13. S: She knew she was in trouble the moment that her aunt's whiskey glass hit the desk with a hard and unforgiving clink. The sound reverberated in Skarlett's ears like a gunshot and she winced from the sudden intrusion of sound. The verbal tirade that followed was something that Skarlett was dreading hearing... but it got much worse than she could have anticipated. The movement of the larger woman looming over her, the slap of her palm against the desk, the blatant rage that was rolling off of her in waves and coating Skarlett with that white hot heat. She'd never seen Aunt Charlie this mad before and it caused her to shrink away from her entirely when she came closer, pressing her back against the seat and trying to merge into the leather padding as she continued. Hot tears welled up in her eyes but she refused to let them fall, the shame and guilt building up inside of her chest threatening to choke her out and make her cough and splutter. Her lungs felt like they were burning and she realized she'd been holding her breath the entire time that Charlie was talking, hinging on every word while simultaneously wishing for an escape of some kind, anything to make it all stop. It wasn't going like she'd hoped it would and no amount of planning could ever prepare Skarlett for dealing with her aunt in any capacity. She was simply too much to handle sometimes, and this was one of those times. Swallowing hard as she returned to her chair and plopped down into it, turning away from Skarlett to observe the cityscape, the young brunette started to fume. She could feel some of that residual anger starting to fill the void in her chest, replacing the burning of her lungs with a flushed and hot feeling to her flesh. She was about to lash out, she could feel it rising and her temper was never going to do her any favors. Standing up she placed her palms on the edge of her Aunt's desk and leaned over it, intending to let her have a piece of her mind, even if it was a monumentally stupid move to do so. She opened her mouth to speak... and nothing came out. She stood up and walked around the edge of the desk and made sure that she was standing directly in her aunt's field of view. Clearly she was upset, but that wouldn't matter much to the business woman. It never did in the past, so why should it now. "Y..." she started to say and felt the rage spike. She took a deep breath, and looked her aunt right in the eyes. "You're right. I'm sorry. You have no reason to believe me and I've given you no reason to ever trust in my abilities. It was dumb to come asking you for help." She stepped away from her aunt and gathered up her bag, slinging it over her shoulder. "But you're the only one that will anymore. I've tried to have this conversation with a lot of different people and it always went my way... I needed to hear what you said Aunt Charlie. So, thank you."
  14.
  15. C: If she was trying to make her feel bad, then it wasn't working well at all. She knew that her words stung, but that is what the girl needed. Someone that wouldn't give in, and Charlie knew that she was a bright and intelligent girl, but she wasn't showing it. She had enough smarts to twist people around her finger, which is what a good business person needed, the ability to manipulate people, but if she couldn't sway Charlie then there was no way she could sway the people worse than she herself was. As the girl came to stand before her, her head dropped down to stare into her eyes. That was the sparks he was hoping to ignite within the girl. A slow smirking smile formed over the older woman's lips as she turned following the girl's wake. "I am not going to stop you or have a change of heart if that is what you are hoping. You are a bright girl Skarlett. I know you have it in you, but you have to stop this foolishness. Don't be like my nephew. I would hold more respect for you as a person and someone that is serious in what she says and wants if you showed a bit more respect to not only those around you but to yourself as well. If you are serious in what you want, then I want you to finish out this school year. If you do that, then I will get you an internship. But you have to promise to stay in school, get good grades, I don't care how, and bring me the report card and we will talk. Is that understood?" Her gaze once more weighing heavily on the girl, hoping it got through to her.
  16.
  17. S: That... was entirely unexpected. She didn't even think she'd merit a response from her aunt after that little outburst, calm and collected as it might have been. She didn't turn around to face her, but she didn't move to leave the office just yet. She was frozen in place. Whether that was indecision on her part or just wanting to listen to her aunt for a little while longer she couldn't decipher though. Taking another calming breath she gave her a curt nod of sorts and finally turned around to face her. "I... I really like Peach and everything and I love being competitive with him but..." she started to say, as if to explain why she did what she did, but the gaze from her aunt told her everything she needed to know. The woman didn't care about excuses or reasons, she wanted results and only results would prove that Skarlett had what it took to do so. She bit on her lower lip and chewed it a bit more while lost in thought, wracking her brain for something to say or to posit. When she finally managed to make eye contact again she gave her aunt a small smile. "Thank you Aunt Charlie... I mean it. I'm not trying to twist you around or get you fired up I just, needed someone to yell at me, to get my head out of my ass. I'll go back to school and plead my case today... but can I ask you one favor?" She didn't know if she would go for it but being in the glow of her aunt's fire had stoked something in her and she wasn't going to let the opportunity slip away. "Will you take my clothes shopping? Not for my type of clothes but... for less... me. I'll still wear mine obviously, I like my style but it would be nice to have something more... professional. I'll pay, I have money but I need your eye and expertise. After that I won't ask you for another favor. Please...?"
  18.
  19. C: Now it was Charlie's turn to be a bit surprised. For the girl to actually admit what she needed, let alone beg to be taken to get proper clothes, which what she normally wore wouldn't do well in the business world at all. She thought on it a moment and smirked. "Fine but under one condition. If you want to come and visit me, then you have to wear one of those outfits we will be getting. You coming in here dressed like the whore of Babylon puts a very bad impression on this business. Got it?" She held out her hand for the other to take and shake. It was after all an adult deal and she was going to start the training now even if the girl didn't know it. If Skarlett took her hand, she would retrieve it and press the phone to call her assistant. "I am going out. My niece and I need to have a heart to heart." Why wait to do what she asked? Besides Charlie seriously needed a break from the stacks of papers on her desk.
  20.
  21. S: She shifted nervously in her heels while her aunt mulled over the proposal for the time being. She looked around the office once more, in awe of what she'd accomplished in her life and found a pit of fire in her stomach, a new found sort of drive that would push her through the coming months. She wanted this... she needed this. This was everything she'd been promised growing up. They never said that she had to work for the promise, but here she was with it dangling right in front of her face. It was possible. She snapped out of her mental deluge and saw the extended hand. "Deal. I won't come by here anymore dressed like... well the whore of Babylon as you so put it." She offered her a warm smile when she hit the button on the intercom and almost jumped up and squealed. "Wait now? Really?!" she asked and started to feel the urge to dance. She kept her composure but she was ridiculously excited by the prospect. "Thank you Aunt Charlie... I promise you won't regret this."
  22.
  23. C: "Yes now. Only because I want to take you to the school myself and see if you are truly going to do what you said. If you do then you are one step closer." Taking up her purse she slung it on her shoulder, taking the girl by her shoulder and guiding her to the door. Opening she stepped out making sure the girl was clear and closed it. "Handle anything that comes up unless it is an emergency," Charlie said to the assistant as she ventured them both toward the elevators. Phone already out and calling the car around. By the time they got to the ground floor, sleek black Mercedes was already waiting for them, door to the lobby and to the car being held open for the women to get into. "Clothes shopping first... then school. I doubt that they want to see you so soon after telling you to go. Give them time to cool off." She wanted to give the impression that Skarlett spent the entire time talking to her and had a change of heart, which is technically the truth.
  24.
  25. S: A firm hand at her shoulder was guiding her every step of the way and when they got into the elevator Skarlett looked up and over to her aunt, drinking in the sight of the powerful woman. She bit her lower lip softly, her mind racing with all manner of thoughts about the fun they could have in the elevator if she were willing... and then snapped her focus back to the task at hand. Shopping. School. Fix the mess she'd made. Time with Aunt Charlie. She took a deep breath when they made their way across the lobby and out to the front of the building, sliding into the sleek black Mercedes without a word or any kind of protest. She wanted to prove that she was worth her aunt's time and the only way to do that was to uphold her end of the bargain. "That's fine Aunt Charlie, I would actually feel much better with you there after it's all said and done," she said to her, while the car picked up and moved into the flow of traffic. She sat close to her, and looked over to her phone, nosy as could be. "Where do you go to buy your clothes? I don't feel like we'll find anything remotely business like at where I shop..."
  26.
  27. C: "We are not going to any clothing store you have ever been to." She smirked as they went, her hand resting on the girl's thigh giving it a light squeeze. "I am taking you to my personal tailor for some custom things, but also will buy you at least two already made so you will have them." The driver didn't really have to be told. He was already apprised of the situation as they took the elevator down. Heading toward the more... high class of districts the car would travel about forty-five minutes, thanks to some light traffic and finally stop in front of a store. It didn't look like much. The front was plain white with just a name and two windows. Each displaying either a gentleman's suit the other a woman's. Getting out, she waited for Skarlett to join her and headed into the building. Upon entering the misconception would be revealed as the inside was as lavish as the most prestigious of hotels. A chandler hung providing a soft yellow light giving everything around them an almost glowing quality. Suites for both men and women were displayed, along with ties, and other accessories. It smelled of cedar, the carpet that ran down the center didn't strain the walker's strides. The man at the door bowed his head to Charlie, having seen the woman one too many times, and went to say something to Skarlett before a look from the elder made his mouth close without even uttering a sound. A man emerged from the back, arms wide and nearly rushed to Charlie. "Ah, Madam Charlie. It is nice to see you again." The thick French accent curling the syllables of his speech. "Yes. But this time I am not here for me. I am here for my niece. I need you to gather her measurements to make a few outfits for the workplace. Some nice pantsuits, a few skirts. Anything else you would think might meet my approval." Charlie said sitting down as an attened brought her a glass of champagne. "Of course... of course!" The man spoke with enthusiasm. "Right this way Mademoiselle. Let us get you all fixed up."
  28.
  29. S: Skarlett wasn't the most proper of young ladies and often sat with her thighs spread apart, a side effect of her not liking being uncomfortable if she didn't have to be. The touch of her aunts digits against her thigh caused a fresh eruption of goosebumps all along her calves and forearms and the nape of her neck, letting out a soft coo of warmth and delight from her strong grasp, even if it was just a gentle squeeze, Skarlett could tell she held the power here... and it was intoxicating. The car ride was rather uneventful but she didn't expect it to be something that she would rant and rave about either. It was just a car ride, albeit in an extremely nice car and with her lovely aunt... so maybe it was a bit more special than she was giving it credit for. When the pulled up to the store it looked... plain. No flashy logos, no garish colors to compete with one another. Not Skarlett's style at all. But that was the point. She stepped out and made her way into the store with her auntie looking around and her jaw dropped immediately. It was gorgeous! The soft yellow light from the chandelier, the plush carpeting that was just thick enough to absorb sound and pressure but didn't impede her strides in the slightest. "W..wow!" was all she managed to gasp out before the man came up and spoke with her aunt. She twisted around and looked at everything she could, trying to drink in the sight of the sophistication and lock it into her memory, searing it there for later. With the details more or less negotiated she followed after the man while Charlie enjoyed her glass of champagne. She was nervous but she was thrilled at the same time and eagerly followed after the French accented male to get her measurements taken. She turned and called out over her shoulder to her aunt. "I love this place!" she tittered softly. "Thank you again Aunt Charlie!"
  30.
  31. C: It was a good thing that the couple was accepting. They knew about her extra appendage as when they encountered Skarlett's they didn't even flinch. Not a measurement was missed and when they were done, the old woman went as far as smacking the girl on the rump to signal her to get down. "It will take a couple of months to get the clothes you want done." Nodding Charlie turned to Skarlett sipping on the champagne. "That should be enough start time for your improving yourself. Not that it would be the full time. I am going to have your principal give me progress reports and if you do show signs of improving then we can move forward. Now..." Standing she sat the glass aside and started to walk through the various clothes on display. "Let us find you something to wear that is both sexy... and not so revealing. Something that you would like and will wear a bit more often than...." Her head turning to stare at what she was wearing presently... "that." The older woman said in a flat tone. Was she being a little blunt and mean? Possibly but she didn't really care. The girl needed the truth and if it stung... then it would be for the better in the end. "Let's look at the skirts first. Trust me... you can look sexy and be in business attire. Most people would rather look at that than someone that tries too hard." Again stinging words and hoping this was getting through to the girl.
  32.
  33. S: Every criticism leveled at her stung her pride immensely and she felt her cheeks growing warm as the blood rushed to them and filled them up. She was right of course, she was always going to be right about this kind of stuff. Far more experienced and much wiser than Skarlett, she admired the older woman even as her ass was given a little smack. She followed after her aunt like a lost puppy, her eyes sweeping over the various clothing items around them, her mouth slightly agape at the options. Eventually though they found a section that held skirts of various lengths and colors and she paused in front of them. "Aunt Charlie..." she started softly and turned to face her. "I want to get better, and to prove I can do this. So... thank you for being so honest with me. I know, I'm a little shit with a lot of potential that can't seem to not fuck up everything I touch... but you've inspired me so much that... I really want to try this time. I'll talk to my teachers and have them compile daily progress reports about me. I'll bring them to you at the end of the week in addition to what the principal sends you, so you know that I'm being serious..." she stated firmly. Looking at the selection once more, she grabbed a few in monochrome colors. A charcoal grey, a deep navy blue, a deceptively dark black and a pinstriped grey as well. "Hmm, grey or black first?" she asked, holding them up to her waist and inspecting them a few times before looking to Charlie.
  34.
  35. C: "I will be getting them personally." She said as she watched her trying to pick out a color. "You don't have to go with grey or black. You can do any color as long as it looks nice." Standing she walked over to some racks and brought out two nice skirt suits one pink and one peach color. They were both about mid-thigh and form-fitting. Holding them out for her to see. "Try these. But I would always have at least one black or grey. I think grey would be better for you to match your skin tone. Black would just make you look darker and not flattering." After placing them into the other's arms and sat down taking up her drink again giving it a sip. She was trying the woman could see this. But how long would it last? That remained to be seen. "After this, we are going back to find something that is to your liking and tastes. There are other ways to dress. After this and we talk to the principle we will go and get you normal everyday clothes." Charlie wanted to see how far she could push Skarlett.
  36.
  37. S: Glancing at the two colors that were picked out for her, Skarlett found a fondness for the pink one over the peach, but she took them both anyways as her Aunt had picked out the colors for her. A simple nod was given while she held them up for inspection, holding them against her body to see if they were the right size... and of course they were. She had a keen eye for detail after all so something as trivial as sizing up her niece was child's play for a woman like Charlie. She snagged up the grey skirt and looked around for a changing room while her aunt sat back down and took a sip from her glass. "Sounds like a plan to me! Though I think the principal is leaving early today. We might have to go to his house in order for me to talk to him," she said. Gathering the clothes she went and tried on the pink skirt first, loving the way it clung to her hips sliding down to mid-thigh and hiked up a little with every step she took, letting her feel the air on her flesh beneath. She stepped out of the changing room and stood in front of her Aunt, twisting and twirling around a few times and holding still for her to inspect. "What do you think? My color?" she purred softy, eternally grateful for this opportunity that she sincerely did not want to screw up, completely oblivious to the fact that Charlie was going to be testing her.
  38.
  39. C: As she went to change Charlie was already on the phone calling her school. After a short conversation and a very intimidated man, the principle agreed to not leave till they arrived and she spoke with him. Charlie was very persuasive when she needed to be, and sometimes didn't even have to speak. As she emerged Charlie smiled and nodded. Standing again she walked over to pull and tug, hands running over the girl's form and feeling the fabric and how it hugs her form. "Yes, I think the pink works nicely. We will get this one and the grey." She turned and nodded to the old woman who was standing there with her hands clasped hopeful. "I called ahead so don't worry. He isn't moving till I get there. I donate to the school so he doesn't want to make me mad and lose a benefactor."
  40.
  41. S: When Charlie came over to inspect her frame, Skarlett felt a small thrill race up and down her spine as she was fixed and tugged against, checking the tightness of the skirt and the closeness of her aunt. She could smell her perfume, the scent of her shampoo, her musk tingeing the air lightly and filling Skarlett's nostrils. A rush of heat shot down her frame and pooled in her stomach, causing her to hold her breath slightly while she gathered her wits about her, exhaling slowly through her nose. "Oh that's good news! He's usually so stubborn about what he wants to do, but that makes our job even easier! Er... my job," she corrected, not wanting to be any more of a burden on her auntie than she already was. Swallowing hard as she looked towards the older lady who was excited at their business she brought the items up to be paid for, giving her aunt a side long glance... and then wrapped her arms around her waist, squeezing firmly against her. "Thank you Aunt Charlie... truly I'm never going to forget this..." she whispered before stepping back and releasing her.
