Everyone has different limitations of taking offense. Some things you find offensive might not seem it to another, so if you took it to said person and went "I'm sorry but that was rather rude." Things can be worked out on that front to get an apology.

Fihn and miho were joking in a voice chat and laughjing about stuff, they say you, someone not in the voice chat, say something they thought you were going to spoil for someone else. Fihn said don't, you appeared to blow something up a bit more then they thought was normal, and made a sarcastic playful comment which they thought was fine.
And went back to joking with eachother, not thinking it was an issue seeing as Fihn always makes these sorts of jokes and nobody has come to them saying it was a problem sooner.
You, not in the voice chat, did not know this was a playful comment and due to your history, took it as deeming and rude, and took it to Miho.
Who saw it from the same situation as Fihn, due to both being in the voice chat where they were talking about jokes and such.
So they wouldnt see it from the same pespective.
