Tantrum VS Blue Blood

So let's say Tantrum (Regis?) and his family are vacationing in France. They just want to get away from all the crazy that's been happening in their lives lately.

While this is happening Blue Blood has tracked down another of her kin (Maitena) and has hunted her out of her domicile, it's a big action scene, there's blood everywhere. Blue Blood got in some good hits, but this kinsmen of her's gets away using brainwashed minions as meat shields. She's now in need of some magical replenishment and heads for the nearest quaint little village which just so happens to be where Tantrum's family is vacationing.

Regis isn't having much fun on this vacation, he's bored out of his mind almost and doesn't really care much for grapes, also maybe lonely since he doesn't know any French.
Then BOOM, mysterious blue lady out on the outskirts of town who speaks his language and has a hypnotic voice. Her vampire charms aren't super effective, but they're effective enough to get him twisted around her little finger. This could go on for a few days while she regains her strength.

Blue Blood is back looking for leads again, she contacts Brtitainment to see if there are any registered supers/magical hot spots in the area and they bring up Tantrum's file among the known list. There can be more to this, like a lot of friction between her and Marian, but it's not the focus and professionalism needs to be at least observed. So she heads in that direction figuring her kinsmen will go after the nearest magical mass.

When Blue Blood gets there the whole village is wrapped up in her Maitena's illusions/bad juju/whatever.

During the past few days Maitena's been giving Tantrum the time of his life by showing off and getting him whatever he wants so he stays susceptible to her charms. Pretty much feeding his ego.

When Blue Blood arrives Maitena tries to set the villagers on her, but her illusions just aren't strong enough to hold yet, then she tries to get Tantrum to transform and protect her, but nothing doing, she doesn't get how this works.
While she's busy fighting off Blue Blood Tantrum tries to help and gets knocked away, still doesn't transform, then his new friend deems him a failure and stops pretending to lose, going all out and gains the upper hand for a moment. While she has the chance, she tries to eat Tantrum for a magical boost before Blue Blood bounces back. This is finally a big enough blow to his ego to transform, only he doesn't distinguish between the two blue ladies and attacks both.
First he punches Blue Blood across town, then turns on the other one to her shock, but she's still got her illusions, just strong enough to get him to not notice her and focus on Blue Blood.

Blue Blood decides not to fight him and instead evade, leaving a trail of wrecked houses behind her as Tantrum chases. She brings the wrecking ball back to Maitena and in the chaos stabs her in the back, then drains her (the fight between them would probably be a bit longer and have more parts, but I'm terrible at fight choreography).
Now Tantrum is focused solely on Blue Blood, but she uses that illusion magic, now doubly strong to calm him down and put him to sleep.

So then /co/ntainment or Britainment or whatever the French have has to come in and clean up the mess. Tantrum's memories have been altered so he only remembers the good parts of his vacation and leaves happy.
