Like literally. I'm just in medical doing my job and he runs around me naked bumping me as i'm trying to treat a patient.
Getting blood all over the place; refusing to leave me be, leave medical, and stop dirtying the place.
Stating that he has important research on 'Nekkidness' to do and that he needs to 'Decorate medbay'.
And generally just being an annoyance in medical for 10+ minutes putting blood everywhere and bumping into doctors.

i was riding someone carrying a plant.
however, when right after he gets off the shuttle, i hear over common

meh, i was having fun with bites, and laughing my ass off afterwards with them in voip.

like i said before, im entirely reactionary. he messes with me, or makes the idea of messing with him look like a better choice than not messing with him (which, considering i was bored, wasnt too hard to do) then i might 'troll' him or whatever.
on the other hand,
it gets annoying when he is making fun of me in discord, or making snide remarks, whilst at the same time inflating his ego, or posting a....
butchers knife of text (big and square, lacking any point, and makes the user look intimidating) about him robusting something or some shit.

and, not to be rude, but i find it funny that you said you're not trying to pick sides, but i doubt you told him to stop being an ass to me. (if im wrong, please correct me.)
