  3. (10:30:53 PM) crvylooo Hello
  4. (10:30:28 PM) dowdsuzan How are you
  5. (10:30:35 PM) dowdsuzan sorry I was away from my system
  6. (10:31:16 PM) crvylooo That's fine. Did you get my recent e-mail?
  7. (10:31:31 PM) dowdsuzan Yes and I just replied check ur mail
  8. (10:32:25 PM) crvylooo Alright, I read it.
  9. (10:32:33 PM) crvylooo But here is what I don't understand.
  10. (10:33:05 PM) crvylooo Where is this $200 that I need to send coming from? How and where will Western Union get this money?
  11. (10:34:51 PM) dowdsuzan The $200 is from the $520 which is on hold
  12. (10:35:36 PM) dowdsuzan All PayPal needs is just the verificayion that the excess funds which is $200 has been sent back to the buyer
  13. (10:35:52 PM) crvylooo Okay. I have a question, however
  14. (10:36:06 PM) crvylooo How did you overpay? How did such a thing happen?
  15. (10:38:37 PM) dowdsuzan During sending the payment to you I clicked secured electronic payment and when I clicked on send the page didnt load so I i had to refresh when I did that it asked me to input the amount again then I mistakenly entered $200 instead of $300 that was all I didnt know i have been billed before then clicking on refresh button had to re bill my account
  16. (10:40:54 PM) dowdsuzan then the total deducted from my account was $500 so PayPal notified me that everything will be completed once they receive the information requested from you
  17. (10:41:13 PM) dowdsuzan that is why they added $20 extra for Western union charges and Logistics
  18. (10:41:39 PM) crvylooo Okay, that's understandable. But I have another question. Why didn't ANY of this appear on my PayPal account? When I would log on, my transaction history never had anything involving our transaction.
  19. (10:42:19 PM) crvylooo Also, it would be much simpler to not involve Western Union, and allow the $500 to be sent directly to me, for me to send you your $200 right back. All via PayPal.
  20. (10:44:12 PM) dowdsuzan This is because the transaction is on hold and for the transaction to be completed PayPal needs to verify that the $200 has been sent back to the buyer and they can only verify once te details they requested from you has been provided to them
  21. (10:44:41 PM) dowdsuzan I promise you just try other store and once you get back with the details your account will be credited immediately
  22. (10:46:46 PM) crvylooo Okay, here's another thing. After speaking to a PayPal customer service representative, I was told that the e-mails I was receiving regarding out transaction, as in the most recent one telling to go to a Western Union, were not actually sent from PayPal, but a fake.
  23. (10:47:21 PM) crvylooo And comparing the addresses of those e-mails, to the addresses to other e-mails I have received regarding OTHER transactions, I noticed that they are in fact different.
  24. (10:48:20 PM) dowdsuzan I would ask only 1 question Have you done international transaction before?
  25. (10:49:23 PM) crvylooo Yes.
  26. (10:50:48 PM) dowdsuzan Dont know the country you did and if it via PayPal This is an international transaction and because of the status of the transfer it has not yet been passed on the phone line section until the transaction has been completed
  27. (10:51:25 PM) crvylooo What? I don't understand what you're trying to say.
  28. (10:53:00 PM) dowdsuzan Since the Transaction status is Pending and it is not a local transaction, it is an international transaction it has not been passed onto PayPal customer care phone line except by electronic mail'
  29. (10:54:11 PM) dowdsuzan There are so many customers in the world and this is really hard for them
  30. (10:54:28 PM) crvylooo I understand that. But, they thought it was fake because I actually read the e-mail to them. The customer service representative informed me that the e-mail is NOT something PayPal would say, or send.
  31. (10:54:34 PM) dowdsuzan so timothy send me your zipcode and I will search for an outlet close to you
  32. (10:55:22 PM) dowdsuzan the representative is a local representative for local transactions not international
  33. (10:56:11 PM) dowdsuzan and once the transaction has been completed you call back the representative and they would confirm it and I bet you wont even bother because the money would have been credited into your account
  34. (11:02:16 PM) dowdsuzan are u there
  35. (11:04:26 PM) crvylooo Yes I'm here.
  36. (11:05:34 PM) crvylooo Here's the thing. I have shipped the item. I also called PayPal's customer support again, to telling him of all the things you have told me as reasons why this seems like a scam. And once again I was informed that this is most definitely a scam.
  37. (11:07:38 PM) dowdsuzan I am telling you they wont know so no need calling them , you can only get answers via Electronic Mail which the payment was sent
  38. (11:08:02 PM) crvylooo That just doesn't make sense. There is no reason they wouldn't know.
  39. (11:08:29 PM) dowdsuzan I am assuring you once the $200 has been sent your account will be credited with the total sum of 520
  40. (11:09:00 PM) dowdsuzan I thought PayPal should have informed you about that now
  41. (11:10:07 PM) crvylooo If you could simply STOP the hold on the payment, so that Western Union does not need to be involved, I will easily send you your $200 as soon as I get the payment.
  42. (11:10:37 PM) crvylooo Because I am not going to wire money via Western Union, and I will stop the shipment of my item first thing tomorrow.
  43. (11:11:53 PM) dowdsuzan what you dont know that this is an international transaction and the payment sent cannot be reversible
  44. (11:12:24 PM) dowdsuzan that is why Paypal needs to veify that the excess Payment has been sent back
  45. (11:12:34 PM) dowdsuzan I am not the one putting the hold
  46. (11:13:12 PM) crvylooo I'm sorry, but this is seeming more and more like a scam. Re-reading the e-mail "PayPal" sent me, I am noticing that there is no way or reason they would tell me essentially NOT to call the customer service.
  47. (11:13:49 PM) crvylooo The only way I will in fact trust your business and proceed to a Western Union to wire your money, is if you send me a payment of $300 straight to my PayPal account.
  48. (11:14:09 PM) crvylooo When I receive that payment, I will go to a Western Union and wire your $520 dollars to you.
  49. (11:14:24 PM) crvylooo If not, I am canceling the shipment.
  50. (11:15:09 PM) dowdsuzan The only option you have is to complete this transaction
  51. (11:15:22 PM) dowdsuzan shipment cant be cancelled eithe
  52. (11:15:27 PM) dowdsuzan r
  53. (11:15:43 PM) crvylooo Yes, it can. I can contact USPS and refract my shipment very easily.
  54. (11:16:11 PM) crvylooo If you want to confirm your validity, just send me $300 not involving eBay or Western Union.
  55. (11:16:20 PM) crvylooo And I will gladly wire you your $520
  56. (11:17:07 PM) dowdsuzan what if I send another 300 and this excess funds issue occurs again?
  57. (11:17:24 PM) crvylooo That will be your own fault for refreshing the page.
  58. (11:17:37 PM) crvylooo Just simply let the $300 go through, without interference.
  59. (11:18:10 PM) dowdsuzan That would be $800 being deducted from my account
  60. (11:18:32 PM) dowdsuzan Hello timothy
  61. (11:18:40 PM) crvylooo Yes, it would. But when I receive your $300, you will be refunded your other $500.
  62. (11:18:52 PM) dowdsuzan You have to follow Paypals instruction to have this transaction completed
  63. (11:19:40 PM) dowdsuzan this is just 10 mins we are talking about you got straight to the wester union outlet come back with details and the total money is in your account
  64. (11:19:42 PM) dowdsuzan that is all
  65. (11:19:53 PM) dowdsuzan i swear to GOD
  66. (11:20:13 PM) crvylooo Yes, but "PayPal"'s instruction was clearly sent from a phony PayPal. There are too many errors in the e-mail, not to mention the sender e-mail is different from the other e-mails I have received from PayPal in the past.
  67. (11:20:14 PM) dowdsuzan if it is not that I will promise to re send your money back to you'
  68. (11:20:47 PM) crvylooo There is no way for me to know that, and I am sorry but if you do not send me $300 I cannot allow this transaction to finish.
  69. (11:21:31 PM) dowdsuzan But the money has been deducted from my accou nt
  70. (11:21:46 PM) dowdsuzan and all Paypal needs is a verification
  71. (11:22:14 PM) crvylooo It has been deducted from your account, but nowhere is it actually added to my accout. And if that's all it needs, Western Union would not need to be involved, and this matter could easily be handled online.
  72. (11:23:12 PM) dowdsuzan yes but Paypal need to verify if the seller actually refunded back the excess fund to the buyer
  73. (11:23:37 PM) dowdsuzan and the 10 digit which will be provided to you by westeru union will allow the verification'
  74. (11:25:35 PM) crvylooo Make this a separate transaction. Make it so this transaction has nothing to do with your buying of my product. It's simply a transfer of funds.
  75. (11:25:43 PM) crvylooo This way, it needs no confirmation.
  76. (11:26:10 PM) crvylooo Then, I will actually confirm, send your $200. Then wire the remaining $300 back to you.
  77. (11:27:53 PM) dowdsuzan making another call?
  78. (11:28:30 PM) crvylooo No.
  79. (11:28:36 PM) crvylooo Did you get my messages?
  80. (11:28:56 PM) dowdsuzan which?
  81. (11:29:43 PM) crvylooo I will re-send them to you.
  82. (11:29:54 PM) crvylooo
  83. crvylooo [11:25 PM]: Make this a separate transaction. Make it so this transaction has nothing to do with your buying of my product. It's simply a transfer of funds.
  84. crvylooo [11:25 PM]: This way, it needs no confirmation.
  85. crvylooo [11:26 PM]: Then, I will actually confirm, send your $200. Then wire the remaining $300 back to you.
  86. (11:31:14 PM) dowdsuzan No timothy dont be selfish and be considerate , if I do that then I lost the $500 ... Just follow PayPal instruction and lets get this completed
  87. (11:31:28 PM) dowdsuzan it wont take more than 5 min to have all this resolved
  88. (11:32:28 PM) crvylooo No, you didn't lose the $500, I promise.
  89. (11:33:09 PM) crvylooo If I receive the $300 I will promptly return ALL of your excess funds.
  90. (11:33:49 PM) crvylooo I just have so much evidence of this transaction being a scam, that I will only trust a direct wire from you to defunct my suspicion.
  91. (11:34:27 PM) crvylooo This is the only way you will get your item. And I have no reason not to wire your overpayment back to you once I can.
  92. (11:34:51 PM) dowdsuzan The only Option to complete th transaction is follow PayPal instruction
  93. (11:35:25 PM) crvylooo If I do receive your $300 payment, I will not have your extra $500, it will be no gain of mine to leave it be. Believe me, I WANT to help you refund your overpayment, but I simply can't unless you comply.
  94. (11:35:27 PM) crvylooo No it isn't.
  95. (11:35:30 PM) crvylooo THere is this option.
  96. (11:35:33 PM) dowdsuzan it is very simple
  97. (11:36:00 PM) crvylooo It is not PayPal's instruction. The e-mail was sent from a fraud.
  98. (11:36:09 PM) crvylooo I have proven that by now.
  99. (11:37:03 PM) dowdsuzan u are wrong dear
  100. (11:37:52 PM) crvylooo Please. Just transfer the money with no interference and I will wire your overpayment PLUS your actual payment.
  101. (11:39:03 PM) dowdsuzan Seems YOU WANT TO START GETTING STURBBORN
  102. (11:39:15 PM) dowdsuzan FOLLOW PAYPAL INSTRUCTION AND THE TRANSACTION WILL BE COMPLETED!!!
  103. (11:39:30 PM) dowdsuzan DO YOU GET THAT BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY OPTION WE HAVE'
  104. (11:41:19 PM) crvylooo No, it isn't the only option. I'm sorry but I'm not being stubborn, I'm just being rational and not as naive as you'd wish. I'm not falling for this scam and you will not be receiving any of my money or merchandise. I'm canceling the shipment first thing tomorrow and reporting your, and the fake PayPal e-mail addresses to both PayPal and eBay so that you can't try and scam anyone in the future/
  105. (11:42:46 PM) dowdsuzan ok well do as you wish
  106. (11:43:34 PM) dowdsuzan and if you can cancel the shipment dont bother getting back at me with stupid questions of your except for the information required on you
  107. (11:43:43 PM) dowdsuzan thanks for wasting my time'
  108. (11:44:27 PM) crvylooo Actually, you wasted MY time. Buying my item and not even actually paying for it? Thank for making my first eBay experience a nightmare, I'll be sure to never allow international buyers again.
  109. (11:44:42 PM) crvylooo Good luck trying to find another broken PS3 for whatever reason you want it.
  110. (11:45:54 PM) dowdsuzan my husband use it to transport cocaine
  111. (11:46:34 PM) crvylooo Well then isn't a PS3 a little much for that? You could just swallow condoms filled with cocaine.
  112. (11:46:47 PM) crvylooo Or put them in your bitt.
  113. (11:46:49 PM) crvylooo Butt
  114. (11:47:14 PM) crvylooo Use one of your two children as a drug mule
  115. (11:47:29 PM) dowdsuzan k
