This is where you are going to request help. Enter an email that you have access to and you can just create a fake phone number (Or use google voice, it's free) but keep your name real as they need to address you properly plus your name needs to be on the shipped product. In the description box, you are going to say the product has a bent piece of plastic that cut into your skin, and you have a blood disease (google "list of blood diseases" and you will find a ton) say the mouse was clearly damaged in shipment and the mouse doesn't even register in your computer. Several days later (in my case) they asked for more details on what parts caused this harm (I say where the scroll wheel meets the mouse, its very jagged and ripped my finger apart) This is just so you can't ship it to them because this makes it biohazardous materials. They may take awhile to respond but don't give up. If you cant figure out what the two links are used for, you probably shouldn't be SE'ing.
