Out of the three senpai, Yumeoji Fumi was the one that underclassman like them can talk to at that time. Mei Fan admired Fumi as well back then, maybe a second to Akira since Fumi is a hard worker.

Being a stage girl is not all about talent, or whether you were born in a family of actors or actresses. Stage girl is one who stands with all their effort after conquering lots of hardships. Stage girl is like a jewel in a desert—a stage girl got their own gleam that would rival many others. A stage girl is always unique to anyone else. There are words of blame flying on and about. / There are also ones who think whether that gem is disposable as it is. / There are doubts. There are lingering feelings left close to be emptied.

But, all of it is only about ‘them’, The Four remaining Edels.

What Shiori really feels about her sister’s ‘disappearance act’?

How can they be so heartless, while the girl who’s losing the most, steeling herself to take on the throne that her sister had left?

Yachiyo shook her head.

No. That small, innocent girl doesn’t hold any malice in her. She never blame anyone in Edels nor presses them to explain the reason why.

Rather, the innocent girl brought the wings of sinner with her and taking them to fly with her.

Shiori would never mention Fumi. Shiori has her own odds to think that her sister is nonexistent, almost like anyone in Edels does. Michiru would likely take her stand on the things but she didn’t do anything about that, either. Everyone thinks that the last Frau Jade is not there anymore; Yumeoji Fumi is not worth of anyone’s discussion.

But, what does Shiori /really/ feel about it?

“Last set!”

The usual training day. The usual fast pace. The usual packed dance routines’ regimen.

It has been a while since Shiori joined their practice routine. Michiru warned her that it is sometimes will get rough (and Akira won’t stop, of course), but Shiori tried her best to follow.

Today, Akira is helping Shiori to improve her choreography. Simply by looking at how her stance and her sharper turns to follow Akira’s precise ones, you can tell that Shiori have vastly improved in a span of few days.

“Quite surprising, isn’t it?” Yachiyo nudged at Mei Fan.

“No, not really.” Mei Fan was fidgeting. She’s clearly hiding it, Yachiyo sneered.

“You don’t need to pretend in front of me, you know. I’m surprised as well.”

Shiori must have practiced a lot outside of the joint training hours - that much is something Yachiyo can conclude. Then again, Yachiyo spotted more. Somehow, it is like some of her doubts has been cleared. Shiori moved without having a restraint. There has been some way to let yourself submit to the dance without thinking, but Yachiyo initially thinks that Shiori is not capable of such feat for this time.

Perhaps someone has given her a word of advice—likely Michiru, if Yachiyo would to count it based on elimination.
