In truth, he didn't know an awful lot about any of them-- Most of them weren't even acquaintances. Yet, he still chose to live here. It seemed like the only logical place for him right now.

[18:29] After giving a loud greeting to the man with the big sword, he would ask him to spar, he was really needing this... it was strange yes, but all in good fun, "Now, I know I shouted at you, my apologizes, my name is Xewa, and you?"

He would equip his staff while saying this, as magma clads his body like armor.

[18:31] "Ya don't needa be apologisin'. Ya gotta stand by your decisions. Shows ya a man, not a mouse." he'd state, rather plainly.

Daius was all about manliness, excellence and conviction. People needed to stay true to themselves, to strive towards what they wanted in the world. To be the person, they wanted to be. As long as they earned their power, it was theirs-- And they aren't living off another being's strength.

He was happy.

"Daius, Invidia." An observant soul would notice the metallic plating on his body.

[18:47] It was safe to say the Daius was pushed a lot harder than he expected. Although seeing that the warrior was using an earthen based aura, it should have probably been expected. After all, he wasn't some silly water magi-- Who didn't know the benefits of being as durable as possible.

However, that was where he faltered. He was durable, and sturdy. Yet-- Comparing him to Daius? Well, there was no comparison. Daius, would not fall. He was, the most durable-- In his own eyes. Nobody could take more of a beating than him. Something which was evident by the way the warrior fought.

He didn't waste time, with fancy dodging-- or sidestepping assaults.

The Invidia took everything thrown his way, and dished back as much as he could during each exchange. A true Martyr.

Yet-- He wouldn't fall, the waves of magma attempting to melt away his metallic coat-- to no avail. A spar which came to an end, in a most spectacular fashion.

The waveof molten lava exploding against the torso of Daius, leaving many to believe he had fallen-- The sooth filling the air, and obscuring the view of most onlookers until something became apparent within the smokescreen.

Two ocean blue eyes, shimmering through. Something which provoked more of the assault to be dished out to the Invidia, he began to approach. His silhouette becoming more and more refined, with each attack he took.

Once in range, he'd raise his left hand and begin to contort the metal around it, turning it to a flatter surface-- With a similar amount of metal to an Anvil present.

Moments latter, he'd thrust it into the kids abdomen. Well, he was a kid to Daius after all. Likely robbing him of his breath.

"Ya needa think what ya doin'. Ya tought, ya strong. But ya seem to be pretty basic-- What makes ya special?" he'd question.

[18:50] Daius Invidia says, "Hmh.."
[18:50] He would use everything he had... he wasn't as strong as he could be, but still! He would throw everything towards the metallic coated giant of a man! but to no avail... Daius would stand as the victor, questioning him... his abdomen hurt like crazy, "What do you mean? Basic, now... come on." he would say rubbing his bruises.

[18:53] Ocean blue eyes, remained upon the Sarradian. Clearly he was curious, and he knew that many people-- Especially people who are approaching their prime, don't try to stand out enough. They don't try to make themselves as special as they can be-- Which is why the world is lacking people of true purpose.

"What makes ya different from every other Magma Magi? he'd question. Clearly he was looking to try and help the kid improve.

[18:54] He would land, now standing as tall as he can to the Invidia giant, "I am Xewa Yuiko, protector and teacher to those who are either lost or abandon!" he would say smiling, and scratching the back of his neck.

[18:57] "Ya ain't listenin'. What makes you special. More special than the other Magma Magi. There has to be somethin', that you are strivin' towards. Somethin' where you have to go beyond those before ya. What makes you any different to them?" he'd question.

Perhaps this was some of his own feelings coming out, but either way he wanted to know. The idea of helping the kid find himself, or find power. Was a nice one. Furthermore, this kid could perhaps be able to help the Invidia in his pursuit for Titanhood.

[18:59] Kind of taken back, he would have thought he said it..."I want to be strong, strong enough to protect the ones I care about! I want to seek the sun, and tap into the power of it! I want to fly into it, making it know that I am not one to quit!" oh boy was he getting serious.

[19:05] Listening to the youth's response, it was an interesting one. A very, generic one. One which many people wanted to achieve, however the motive-- Doesn't always have to be extremely unique, or interesting in the slightest. As long as their will is set on it as deeply as it needs to be. Something which Daius was unsure of about this boy.

"Protectin' those you love-- Ya gonna need more power. I couldn't protect who I love, not at all. Now most of 'em are dead. Ya gotta make yourself special. Beyond what ya are now." he'd confess, a bit of information about Daius being imparted before he continued.

His mind flickering to what he was currently working on; his final step towards Titanhood. Slowly his pearly whites would open.

"In fact. I can probably use an opinion off ya. I've been learnin' somethin' myself and I've been havin' some difficulty."

[19:12] tilts his head... it was true his goal wasn't the most unique, but he was sure! He did not want anyone else close to him to get hurt, and those who were seeking a family, he would take in... as his student! Junko, Ida, Logan, Ulyci, Zen, and Rina, whom of which is now his assistant and future wife... these were all the people he has taken under his wing at some point in time... to show them hope, he had to be sure...

Maybe this man could teach him too, teach him a way to acquire this power, "Not only do I want to protect, but I want to guide!" he smiles, listening to the giant man speak of his thing that he was seeking... "Hm, what is it? I will try and help." times like these is what he needed, he would continue smiling, standing his ground.

[19:16] "What makes me special, and different from all the other metal magi of the past is... That I am the most durable, and will only become more and more durable as the time passes. Where people grow weaker, I will only grow stronger. Once I ascend into Titan hood, I'll be far better off." Daius affirmed as he turned his eyes to the boy. It was clear he was answering the question he had given the boy.

"I've been workin' on an ability which my cousin used. To increase his size, and thus his physical power due to the mass behind him. I am learnin' this too. Although, I've only managed a partial expansion on my hand-- Which I was unable to move, mainly because it was too heavy. After reverting it back to normal size...


My hand was in pain, all the muscles in it had been torn and it was out of action for a few weeks before the muscles had finally healed up. I was curious-- If ya had any suggestions for when I try expand again."

[19:20] He would smile, this man was indeed a worthy being to seek out his help, not that it mattered being Xewa would accept anyone, this man was just looking for advice, "Hm, I see, so it is a family thing! I can understand that." he would think.

"I would try focusing on one spot at a time rather than the whole hand, try a finger and see if that works." he would nod.

[19:22] A moment or two passed, before finally what the boy said to Daius made sense to him.

The Invidia, already thought he was being careful by focusing on just his hand-- However perhaps that was still rushed, after all. This was a huge change to the body, and perhaps focusing on a hand to begin with, without any slow or progression into the rest of his being, was rushing it.

"Ya know... That might just work."

[19:23] He would nod again, "Try it next time you try to expand, I'm sure it will work out for you this time!" he would smile and cross his arms, "Just don't try the eyes yet." he would laugh.

[19:26] A soft nod followed from Daius to the young Xewa,

It seemed that the Invidia had gotten a second opinion, and despite the youth of the person he was speaking to. It seemed he was capable of offering quite a bit of insight into the whole ordeal. Something which Daius was hopeful for, with this now done.

Daius knew there was very little to be said; however he wanted to let the kid know something.

"If ya ever need any help, or get in any trouble-- I'm here."

[19:28] Reaches his hand out for a handshake, "Same goes for you, if you ever need the help of a magma magi, don't hesitate to call for me Daius." he would nod, looking up at the large man with determination in his eyes.
