        These Terms and Conditions apply to all websites and services (hereafter individually
        a “Service” and collectively the “Services”) owned or operated by BeSports
        (hereafter the “Company” or “BESPORTS”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
        By registering for an account and/or becoming a member to participate in any game or
        tournament offered on besports.be and/or any of its subdomains (hereafter the “Site”)
        you confirm your knowledge of and agreement to be bound by the then most current version
        of these T&C, which can be accessed from the Site. BeSports may modify these T&C at any
        time, without advance notice. You are responsible for reviewing these T&C periodically
        for any modifications, to which BeSports will notify you about significant changes
        through email. Your continued use of the Site following such modifications signifies
        your acceptance of those modifications. Additional terms may apply to your use of any
        Service, including contest rules and eligibility. We will provide these terms to you or
        post them on the website pages to which they apply; they are incorporated by reference
        into these T&C. If there is a conflict between these T&C and any additional terms that
        apply to a particular Service, the additional terms will control. The section titles
        used in these Terms are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or
        contractual effect.

        As set out in more detail below, BESPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND
        AND/OR CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OF ANY MEMBER WHO VIOLATES, OR WHOM BESPORTS REASONABLY
        BELIEVES MAY BE OR WILL BE VIOLATING, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE,
        AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. Please note that if a member’s account is closed due to
        a violation of the T&C, BeSports reserves the right to determine how the member’s
        account balance of BeSports credit will be distributed.
      </p>

        Please notice that BeSports holds each member accountable for their eligibility to
        these terms and conditions. BeSports hold holds no responsibility what so ever towards
        misinformation provided by the user during sign up.
        BeSports holds all rights to suspend
        and/or close the account of any non-eligible accounts corresponding
        to these terms & conditions.

        If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent
        jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect
        the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to have full
        force and effect. No person other than the parties to these terms and conditions are
        intended to benefit from them pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties)
        Act 1999.

        This Website is owned by BESPORTS (hereafter “Company” or “BESPORTS”) ,
        a company registered in Belgium whose registered office is at Muurkruidstraat 15 (
        Belgium).

        These Terms and Conditions were last updated, and became effective,
        on 23 September 2015.
      </p>

      <h3>GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES</h3>

      <p>
        These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
        with Belgian law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions
        shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts where the claim
        is brought by you, save where you have legal rights to bring any claim in respect
        of such a dispute in any other jurisdiction. We nevertheless retain the right to
        bring proceedings against you for any threatened or actual breach of these terms and
        conditions in your country of residence, registration or business or any other relevant
        country. Prize money through premium accounts are restricted to members with
        the Belgian nationality. By registering for an account and/or participating in
        any challenge or tournament offered on the Site, you agree that any dispute that
        cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort
        to any form of class action. You further agree that any legal action arising from any
        dispute shall proceed only in the Belgian courts, or as otherwise determined by us,
        and you hereby submit to personal jurisdiction and venue
        in such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
      </p>

      <p>
        We make no representation that this Site is operated in accordance with the laws or
        regulations of, or governed by, other nations. By utilizing the Services and
        participating in Site activities, you certify that you meet the age and other
        eligibility requirements for that activity within the Site and the Services as
        set forth in the T&C. If you do not meet the age and other eligibility requirements,
        please discontinue using the Site and the Services immediately.
      </p>

        If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable,
        as determined in an appropriate Court of proper jurisdiction, the remaining provisions
        shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
        User agrees to replace an invalid and/or unenforceable provision with a valid and/or
        enforceable provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect
        of the invalid and/or unenforceable provision and shall be interpreted most favorably,
        when possible, to the benefit of Company.

      <h3>SEVERABILITY</h3>

      <p>
        If any portion of the Terms and Conditions is deemed void or unenforceable,
        then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall
        not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
      </p>

      <h3>REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY</h3>

      <p>
        Registration of an account is void where prohibited. This Site is intended solely for
        belgian users who are 16 years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access
        to the Site by anyone under 16 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these
        Terms of Use. By using any of the Services or the Site, you represent and warrant
        that you are 16 or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and
        conditions of this Agreement. Users without the Belgian nationality are not eligible
        for signing up as an active player to the Site. Thus, they are not eligible for
        obtaining prize money and BeSports credit through entering competitions.
      </p>

      <h3>PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY</h3>

      <p>
        In order to register and/or participate to any competitions on the Site,
        an individual must:
        a) be a natural person, at least 16 years old, and who has had the email address
        submitted assigned to them as has been represented on the account registration form;
        b) be physically located in a Territory in which participation
        in the competitions you select on the site is unrestricted by law;
        c) have the belgian nationality, either legally or voluntary
        d) at all times comply with these T&C.
        By using or accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right,
        authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement to abide by all the
        Terms and Conditions.
      </p>

      <h3>PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY</h3>

      <p>
        BesSports holds the right to continuously ask any member to prove its eligibility
        to participate to the site in order to continue to allow its unique membership
        to the Site. If the member cannot provide sufficient identification BeSports can
        suspend or remove the member's account at any time. In addition, each member will
        be required to provide proper identification and proof of eligibility prior to
        receiving a prize or the processing by BeSports at any prize request.
      </p>

      <p>
        FAILURE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF IDENTIFICATION AND/OR ELIGIBILITY SATISFACTORY TO
        BESPORTS, IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, SHALL RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION
        AND/OR TERMINATION OF THE MEMBER’S ACCOUNT
      </p>

      <h3>INFORMATION REQUIRED</h3>

      <p>
        Upon registration and/or during the processing of account upgrades,
        you are required to provide the following information:
        <ul>
          <li>An alias that will be your username</li>
          <li>A password</li>
          <li>Your e-mail address</li>
          <li>Birth-date</li>
          <li>Full-name</li>
          <li>Permanent residential address</li>
          <li>Phone number</li>
          <li>Your game related information, such as nicknames</li>
          <li>Credit card or other payment information</li>
        </ul>
      </p>

      <p>
        The information you provide must be a true representation of your credentials.
        If it is brought to our attention that you are registering with purposely
        incorrect information, BeSports reserves the right to close your account.
        BeSports also reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
        to change and/or suspend/terminate offensive usernames.
      </p>

      <h3>ACCURACY OF INFORMATION</h3>

      <p>
        Using the Site and agreeing to these Terms and conditions imply that each member is
        held to fill in current and complete information about his or herself with regards
        to the “Registration Data” mentioned above. When these data change,
        you are also accountable for updating these data in order to keep them current
        and complete.
        The maintenance of your password and information is also each member's own
        responsibility. You will also be fully responsible for all use of your account and
        for any actions that take place using your account. Knowingly submitting incomplete
        or inaccurate information, or failing to update and maintain current, complete and
        accurate information, may result, without limitation, in immediate termination of
        your account.
      </p>

      <h3>LOCAL LAWS</h3>

      <p>
        You are subject to all laws of the province, state, and/or country in which you reside
        and from which you access the Services, and are solely responsible for obeying those
        laws. Belgians living outside Belgium can participate if local laws permit this
        activity, but they agree that BeSports is not and cannot be held liable if laws
        applicable to you restrict or prohibit your participation. We do not warrant that
        materials, services or information for sale on the Website are appropriate or available
        for use outside Belgium. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where
        its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside
        the Belgium, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with
        local laws.
      </p>

      <p>
        BeSports reserves the right to monitor the location from which you access
        the Site and to block access from any jurisdiction in which participation
        is illegal or restricted.
      </p>

      <h3>LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION</h3>

      <p>
        You may establish only one account per person, and only up to two accounts per computer
        or IP or physical address, to participate in the activities offered on the Site.
        The Site reserves the right to monitor all activities on the Site, including without
        limitation, any effort to establish multiple accounts; in the event the Site discovers
        that you have opened more than one account per person or more than two accounts per
        computer or address, all additional accounts
        will be closed without notice and continued
        violation will result in the termination of any and all of your accounts. The Site also
        reserves the right to deny access to anyone, including, but not limited to, those
        players who use proxy servers and/or IP addresses residing in certain geographical
        areas. Each person can also participate in 1 tournament at a team, regardless being a
        regular or a premium user. When the same player enters a tournament with 2 seperate
        account, BeSports has the right to suspend both accounts, in accordance with the
        terms on participation stated above.
      </p>

      <h3>ACCOUNTS FOR INDIVIDUAL USE ONLY</h3>

      <p>
        You, as the holder of your account, are solely responsible for all obligations and,
        assuming compliance with these T&C, are entitled to all benefits accruing thereto.
        You may not allow any other person to access your account, access the Site, accept
        any winnings, or participate in any tournament using your account information.
        Your account is not transferable to any other person. All activities undertaken under
        a member’s account will be deemed to have been done by that member.
      </p>

      <h3>VIOLATION OF THE T&C AND ABUSE LIABILITY</h3>

      <p>
        Any member showing behavior which can be seen as a violation of the Sites terms,
        including but not limited to the use of unauthorized hardware or software to assist
        play, intentionally poor play in certain games to achieve a more broad competitive
        advantage, known as “sandbagging”, global harrassment of players and cheating in our
        competitions, as other breaches of these T&C, shall be sanctioned immediately
        by BeSports. BeSports has the right to freely determine the saction in accordance to
        the violation of the T&C up to and including account termination and blocking of Site
        access and, in the case of any other illegal activity, disclosure to the appropriate
        police authorities, and legal action at the sole discretion of BeSports.
      </p>


      <h3>PRIVACY POLICY</h3>

      <p>
        The Site will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information
        about you (including information submitted on the application form, your e-mail address,
        information obtained by the Site from cookies,
        and information regarding your IP address) to third parties without your consent except
        where the Site, in good faith, believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the
        law or other contractual provisions of the Site or to enforce the Terms and Conditions
        or other rules of the Site. Your acceptance of any prize from the Site constitutes
        consent for the Site’s disclosure of personal information. The Site reserves the right
        to collect general demographic and other market information that does not personally
        identify you to any person without additional consent. BeSports utilizes e-mails to
        notify you when you win tournaments, and to let you know of special promotions, events
        and policy changes. New Registrants are automatically opted-in to receive all types of
        BeSports e-mails: promotional marketing e-mails, promotional partner e-mails,
        newsletters, fairness e-mails, fun (i.e. tournament- or game play- related e-mails,
        and financial e-mails. You have the choice to opt-in or opt-out of receiving any or
        all of these types of e-mails at any time by contacting mailing@besports.be.
        Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on how
        we protect your personal information.
      </p>

      <h3>PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES</h3>

      <p>
        By registering for an account, you agree that the Site may display your username,
        gameplay data and statistics, tournament records and any other information
        that regarding your gaming activity. By registering an account and/or accepting
        any prize from the Site, you agree to allow the Site to print, publish, broadcast
        and use, worldwide, in any media and at any time, your name, picture, voice, likeness,
        and/or biographical information for promotional, marketing or related purposes without
        additional compensation.
      </p>

      <h3>THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS</h3>

      <p>
        The Site contains (or you may be sent through the Site or the Service) links to other
        web sites (“Third Party Sites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics,
        pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software
        and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties
        (the “Third Party Applications, Software or Content”).
        Such Third Party Sites and Third Party Applications, Software or Content
        are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness,
        or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Sites accessed
        through the Site or any Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on,
        available through or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy,
        offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of or
        contained in the Third Party Sites or theThird Party Applications, Software or Content.
        Inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of any Third Party Site
        or any Third Party Applications, Software or Content does not imply approval or
        endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third Party
        Sites or to use or install any Third Party Applications, Software or Content, you do so
        at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern.
        You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and
        data gathering practices, of any site to which you navigate from the Site or relating
        to any applications you use or install from the site.

      <h3>SUBMISSIONS</h3>

      <p>
        If you send comments, questions or suggestions, including, but not limited to,
        notes, text, drawings, or computer programs, to the Site, such submissions shall
        become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Site. No submission shall be subject
        to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Site. The Site shall exclusively own
        all rights to, and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of, all such submissions
        without any compensation to you whatsoever.
      </p>

      <h3>COMPETITIONS LEVELS</h3>

      <p>
        Each member acknowledges that the outcome of the matches and tournaments offered
        on the Site are directly related to the skill levels of each member participating.
        BeSports does not comment or have knowledge of the probability of one member winning
        a match vs. another member, and makes no representations about an individual member’s
        chances of winning. Prizes for regulars are generally virtual points, which are
        deposited directly into winners’ accounts and can not be converted to cash.
        Premium accounts can earn cash prizes, displayed in the EUR currency,
        as mentioned in the terms above.
        These prize pools will be determined solely by BeSports.
      </p>

      <h3>WINNERS LIST</h3>

      <p>
        The list of winners will be displayed in the Site immediately after each tournament,
        except for tournaments with substantial prize pools. For these lastly mentioned
        tournaments, winner's lists could be delayed up to five (5) business days in order
        to do a thorough verification of the results and rightious winners before prizes are
        payed out by the Site. Simultaneously the winner's lists will be displayed once there
        verifications are finalized.
      </p>

      <h3>DETERMINATION OF WINNERS</h3>

      <p>
        The results and winners of each tournament and competition offered on the Site will be
        determined by the Site, and such determinations are final.
        By registering and/or participating in any tournament or competition,
        you agree to be bound by these determinations.
      </p>

      <h3>GAME PLAY</h3>

      <p>
        The Site is in no way responsible for malfunctions of hardware or any other technical
        problems such as network connections, disconnection from your game during play
        or inaccurate results displayed by your game. Because the Site is unable to distinguish
        these malfunctions from cheating, the user will be fined with a lost match in this case.
        Further, the user may not:
      </p>

          Gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems or any account (other than your own),
          interfere with the communications, procedures or performance of the Site
          or deliberately damage or undermine the Site,
        </li>
        <li>
          Affect the outcome of your online game play on your platform by means of
          or with the assistance of automatic, macro, bots, automated programs,
          screen analysis utilities, any type of mods, memory readers, telepathy,
          alien technology or similar methods or to otherwise commit fraud in relation
          to the Site, or
        </li>
        <li>
          Alter the human skill component of any game played on your platform.
          Any attempt to do so is a violation of both civil and criminal laws and will result
          not only in the termination of your user account and forfeiture of all premium
          and free benefits, bonuses and incentives to which you would otherwise be entitled,
          but potentially also civil and/or criminal prosecution.

        The Site, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate any person’s account
        who is suspected of tampering with their game results for the tournament entered,
        or who otherwise violates these rules and to seek criminal and/or civil prosecution
        to the greatest extent possible.

      <h3>PREMIUM</h3>

      <p>
        BeSports account holders may access the BeSports Service
        by our 2 services, regular or premium:
      </p>

      <ul>
        <li>
          <b>Free Service</b>:
          a free-of-charge service limited to a certain amount of features and/or events;
        </li>
        <li>
          <b>Premium Service</b>:
          a subscription fee-based service that gives access to all available premium benefits;
        </li>
      </ul>

      <p>
        The Premium Service permits users to use premium features such as accessing their rank,
        sign up for premium tournaments, get discounts at our partners, get cash prizes etc.
        BeSports reserves the right, in its absolute discretion,
        to review and change the benefits of premium subscriptions.
        You may not transfer access to your account.
        The Premium Service are hereinafter referred to as “Paid Subscriptions”.
      </p>

      <h3>PRIZES</h3>

      <p>
        Members may request prizes they have been awarded at any time.
        Regular users can do this by moneytPrizing processing will be suspended
        for security purposes when account fraud is suspected.
        If you are not contacted by customer support within 10 business days
        from the prize request, please contact customer support at prizes@besports.be.
        Your prizes are awarded to you in their entirety, and all state and local taxes
        due in connection with any prizes awarded to you are your sole liability.
      </p>

      <h3>CURRENCY</h3>

      <p>
        All references to euro's or “€” on the site are references to Euro's (EUR).
        All transactions will be denominated in euro's (“€”) unless otherwise expressly stated.
        If you make a subscription payment that is denominated in a currency other than EUR,
        please be aware that the funds will be converted into EUR by our Payment Processors or
        your financial institution and you may be charged a service fee for such conversion.
        BeSports is not accountable for any changes in actual payed foreign currency for our
        products due to exchange rates
      </p>

      <h3>PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION</h3>

      <p>
        If you live in a Local Country which is part of the European Union and have purchased
        a Paid Subscription or Code online, following the “Cooling-off period” legislation, you
        have the right to ask for a full refund within fourteen (14) days after the purchase,
        given the fact that you have not used the product. In the case of the BeSports premium
        this means you have not actively logged in the account after your purchase,
        entered premium tournaments or made use of any of the premium features mpentioned in
        the terms above.
      </p>

      <p>
        If you have a Premium subscription,
        you will be alerted via a website and email notification that your subscription
        is ending 2 weeks before the actual termination. If you do not want your premium
        subscription to be prolonged for a new period, you must actively declare this by
        clicking the link provided to you in the termination e-mail and website notification
        mentioned above.
      </p>

      <p>
        BeSports may change the price for the Paid Subscription from time to time, and will
        communicate any price changes to you. Price changes for the Paid Subscription will
        take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of
        the price change. By continuing to use the BeSports Service after the price
        change takes effect, you accept the new price.
      </p>

      <h3>ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS</h3>

      <p>
        Account registration and tournaments participaction on the Site confirms you accept the
        Site's proprietary rights which state that all information displayed on the Site
        may be protected, in any media format, by one or more valid copyrights, patents,
        trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. All these mentioned
        objects are owned by the Site. Content on the Site such as designs, texts, graphics,
        video, pictures, software, information are the property of BeSports, its users or its
        licensors with all rights reserved. In no case it is allowed to modify, copy,
        distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, display,
        transmit or sell the objects
        mentioned above in any way without permission of the Company.
      </p>

      <p>
        Even though the Site continuously tries to maximize the display accurate information,
        the Site doesn't warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on
        the Site will not infringe rights of third parties. While the Site uses
        reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information,
        the Site makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Site assumes
        no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site

        Your misuse of any Trademark displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site,
        except as provided in the Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.
        You are also advised that the Site will aggressively enforce its rights
        (including intellectual property rights) to the fullest extent of the law,
        including but not limited to, the active pursuit of criminal prosecution and/or
        civil litigation where appropriate.

      <h3>COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT</h3>

        In accordance with Belgian and International law, any notifications of
        claimed copyright infringement should be sent to us immediately. Such notification can
        be sent by email, to support@besports.be.
      </p>

      <h3>USER CONDUCT</h3>

      <p>
        You understand that except for advertising programs offered by us on the Site the
        Service and the Site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only.
        You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your
        account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service
        will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright,
        trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights;
        or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
      </p>

      <p>Using the Site, we expect users to follow the code of conduct explained below:</p>

      <ul>
        <li>
          Users may not register for more than one User account, register for a User account on
          behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a User account on behalf
          of any group or entity;
        </li>
        <li>
          Collect or harvest information from the platform such as information from other users
          without their admission.
        </li>
        <li>
          Upload or post content that can be seen as offensive, sexist, racist, infringing,
          harrassing, hateful, privacy invasive, etc. The Site holds
          the right to directly remove these contents immediately
        </li>
        <li>
          Users may not use the Site in such a way it interferes with the well functioning of
          the Site. Site or account hacking and obtaining unauthorized information through the
          site is not tolerated.
        </li>
        <li>
          Users can not conduct unauthorized advertisement through the platform through profile
          pictures, gamertags, or any other contribution tot the Site.
        </li>
        <li>
          Users can not recruit new users that are not eligible for the Site, in accordance
          with the eligibility rules in these terms & conditions.
        </li>
        <li>
          Users must always honestly register the right game results.
          Any direct or indirect action of the user that affects the honest outcome of
          tournament results. In case of a result dispute, moderator appointed by BeSports
          will decide the outcome after thorough discussion with both players.
        </li>
        <li>
          Users can only play on their personal accounts, even with authorization.
          Gaming on an account that does not belong to you will lead to a 2 week suspension.
        </li>
      </ul>

      <p>
        WARNING: ANY VIOLATION OF THESE POSTING RULES THAT INVOLVES CRIMINAL CONDUCT OF ANY
        KIND WILL BE REFERRED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES UPON NOTICE RECEIVED BY COMPANY.
      </p>

      <p>
        It is your responsibility to determine that your input into our site,
        including use of any chat room areas of our site, including your choice
        of your user name, conforms to the above conditions. If you notice any content '
        which breaches these conditions, please notify us by email to support@besports.be.
      </p>

      <h3>ANTI-SPAM POLICY</h3>

      <p>
        Users are held to contribute to the site in a reasonable way. A contribution will
        be marked as spam when the contribution is seen as offensive, sexist, racist, vulgar,
        harrassing abusive and unwanted by the majority of other users.
        In case of SPAM on the Site, BeSports holds the sole discretion of
        deleting these contributions.

      <h3>ABUSE REPORTING</h3>

      <p>
        If you wish to report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, please forward all evidence
        of abuse to support@besports.be. Please refer responsibly.
      </p>

      <h3>FORFEITURE AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION/TERMINATION</h3>

      <p>
        BeSports will take the responsibility to guarantee an equal treatment of all players.
        In order to guarantee this equal treatment, BeSports has the right to suspend and/or
        terminate user accounts if they conflict with the codes of conduct
        in these terms & conditions. If users behave in any way that conflicts with
        these terms & conditions, either in a direct or indirect way, BeSports holds
        the right to suspend or terminate the account if we have reasonable belief
        the terms & condition were not respected by the user.

        BeSports will be suspending accounts for a period of 14 days in the following cases:
      </p>

      <ul>
        <li>
          If a user has been in a result conflict for more than 3 times within
          the period of one year.
        </li>
        <li>
          In-game cheating through for example programmed scripts,
          in order to falsify the just outcome of the BeSports tournaments.
        </li>
        <li>
          In case of deliberately under-achieving in games in order to get a competitive
          advantage in rank-based tournaments.
        </li>
        <li>Playing on an account that is not your personal account.</li>
        <li>In case of false profile information.</li>
      </ul>

      <p>
        BeSports also hold the right to terminate accounts on any reasonable basis that
        we believe these terms & conditions were discrespected by the user.
        In the following cases, account termination will be effectuated:
      </p>

      <ul>
        <li>
          If your account has been suspended, for any reason what so ever, for mor than 3 times.
        </li>
        <li>
          If we have reasonable belief
          the user has the intention to defraud BeSports in any way.
        </li>
        <li>In the case of unlawful behaviour.</li>
        <li>
          In case of multiple accounts for 1 user, the redundant accounts will be removed.
          Which one of the multiple accounts will stay active will be chosen randomly.
        </li>
        <li>
          In case there is an intention of abuse of these multiple accounts in order
          to conduct action that do not accord with these terms & conditions,
          all accounts will be terminated and the user will not be allowed to be active
          on the Site ever again.
        </li>
      </ul>

      <p>
        NOTE: when an account is suspended, BeSports credits will not be spendable in the shop.
        In case of account termination, BeSports credits will turn invalid,
        ranks will be lost and all in-app purchases will be lost.
        The user has loses all rights to access BeSports credits in any way after
        account termination.
      </p>

      <h3>ACCOUNT TERMINATION</h3>

      <p>
        BeSports reserves the right to terminate your account, limit or prohibit your
        participation in any game or tournament.
      </p>

      <p>
        By registering for an account and/or participating in any tournament or game offered
        on the Site, you consent to allow BeSports to access your account information
        to investigate complaints or other allegations of abuse.
        All won competitions (if any) may be voided at the sole discretion of BeSports.
      </p>

      <p>
        Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated may not re-register for,
        or re-access, the Site without our prior written consent.
        You are responsible for everything that is done on or through
        your account while you are a member of the Site.
      </p>

      <h3>TERMINATION</h3>

      <p>
        You have the ability to close your Account whenever you like by contacting us at
        support@besports.be. BeSports will handle your request within a reasonable
        amount of time. Within this time, you are solely responsible for all
        the terms & conditions mentioned above that have a straght implication to your account
        until you get notified your account has been successfuly terminated.
        After the termination of your account, BeSports is entitled to terminate these
        Terms & Conditions on an immediate notice.
      </p>

      <h3>NO WAIVER IMPLIED</h3>

      <p>
        The failure of BeSports to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these T&C,
        or the failure to require at any time performance by you of any of the provisions of
        these T&C, shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of
        such provisions, nor in any way affect the right of the BeSports to enforce
        each and every such provision thereafter. The express waiver by BeSports of any
        provision, condition or requirement of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of any
        future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.
      </p>

      <h3>HACKING, TAMPERING OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS</h3>

      <p>
        By registering for an account and/or participating in any tournament offered
        on the Site, you agree that the Site is not responsible for any damage, loss,
        or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or
        use of the Site or your account. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the
        Site’s systems or any account, interfere with procedures or performance of the Site,
        or deliberately damage or undermine the Site is subject to civil and/or criminal
        prosecution and will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture
        of any prizes to which you are otherwise entitled. Any attempt to participate in any
        tournament offered on the Site by means of automatic,macro, programmed, or similar
        methods, or to otherwise commit fraud with regard to the Site, will result in active
        pursuit of civil litigation and/or criminal prosecution, termination of your account,
        and forfeiture of all prizes to which you might otherwise be entitled.
      </p>

      <h3>STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS</h3>

      <p>
        You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of
        action arising out of or related to use of the Website, Terms and Conditions or Privacy
        Policy must be filed within ONE YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose or be
        forever barred.

      <h3>ENTIRE AGREEMENT</h3>

      <p>
        These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Provider
        with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or
        contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral,regarding
        such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions or
        Privacy Policy will be effective only if in writing and signed by Provider.

        THE SECTION TITLES IN THE TERMS OF USE ARE FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY AND
        HAVE NO LEGAL OR CONTRACTUAL EFFECT.
