  1. Alright guys, my PC has not been used for the last 4-5 months. I used it yesterday all day for work. I tried to fire it up this morning and it came up but about 3 minutes after I logged in the PC completely froze and was forced to power-shut down. I fired it back up, this time it froze at the Windows login screen, about halfway through the login.
  2. Ok, I reboot one more time the PC dies on it's own while trying to boot into Windows. Once more, dies before it even tries to boot into windows. I started to load bios, died there too.
  3. I unplugged the power from the outlet for about 30 minutes. Fired up, seemed to work, 5 minutes into my session pc dies. There are no valuable logs in event viewer. I can jump the PSU and it will run forever it seems, but that's under no load.
  4. The part i need help determining - PSU or MOBO? It almost sounds like it could be overheating somwhere so i blew it out real good but it did the same. The water pump on the CPU seems to be working fine, nothing is hot to the touch including the radiator or waterblock at the CPU. I'm leaning more toward PSU, don't have another to test.
