You begin to focus yourself, and while it does feel a little bit more difficult to wield your magical energy than it would otherwise have been, the seal of Breaker Gorgon clearly isn't something that is capable of dealing with either the power Sakura wields, or of course the Power of Truth. If even Azathoth's authority was incapable of truly taking effect on you, then a mere C+ ranked Noble Phantasm shall not seal your power either!

It's the most simple usage of manifested truth, to use it like a melee weapon, but you can't deny that it is undeniably effective when it comes to being used as a weapon. It cut through the demon Touko keeps in her body like butter, where even the weapons of Servants were completely incapable of doing it any actual harm. Of course, the blade had extra effect on such a creature due to it effectively being formed of impossibilities, while most things won't have that sort of weakness. Still, the supernatural sharpness of the weapon should be at least capable of cutting through anything in your path, tree or monster.
