  1. I went to eventually study Computer games design that needed a graphics course, then I attempted to apply to several companies to get a job. I had no luck on the images side but I got a few tasks as a QA before arriving at Jagex, in which I picked up some skills. Sex hasn't been an obstacle and I've never once focused on it. I did note there were quite few of us from the various research I took but that the sex balance hasn't phased me. I don't think people treat me any different as a girl (I have had it better occasionally. I once entered a programming competition where I had been the only woman and the organisers as well as other competitors were really kind).

  3. My advice is determine what you would like to do, and then apply for jobs within that area. I began as a data engineer in Jagex, and have recently moved into info science, and I'm so thankful for the chance to work with the data. However, I knew I needed to work within games, so when I started I applied for tasks round data analysis and dat science. Additionally, it is worth looking at job descriptions and build a portfolio before you begin applyingwhat you want to specialise in. For information science, look into Tableau (it's possible to find a free student license ), python and SQL. Kaggle is a great spot to acquire data sources to play around with and assist you.

  5. Keep learning! Because you will never know how it may end up serving you afterwards when applying to some matches function go out of your way to gain all sorts of experiences. As soon as you're successful in acquiring a gaming function, keep growing and learning! It will also help you in good stead if you're proactive and effective in your passion for matches and also have something to share (whether that's leading to a fansite, composing for a gambling review website, making your own games/ sites etc). Be open to various roles within a studio - there are a lot of'traditional' approaches into Runescape games business which may give an opportunity to gain insight and expertise into the creation of games.

  7. For Runescape specifically - The male and armours mostly follow the very same designs, Runescape gamers seem to prefer armour that is more practical as well so I think that is really cool:-RRB- There is always room for improvement however. It doesn't bother me too much as long as the design is great. A current design I don't like, for example, is feminine Byleth's design in FE3H- her belly button is currently revealing for no reason and it is around the place? I like the layout tho of male Byleth I wish it had been an option for each of them!
