Kelonte Blacksmith was born in a rural area of America. His mother was kidnapped and his dad was a drug user. His brother lives in Florida with his grandpa and grandma. Kelonte has nothing absolutely nothing. For the money, he had to sell LSD and Marijuana to get by since a job was hard, He attended Oxford University and graduated in 2010.

After University he had some ties up with the underground drug world where he worked for them trafficking small amounts of coke and crack. He was caught and arrested in the year 2013 where he spent the next five years of his life in a medium-security prison. Kelonte didn't snitch however but he wasn't rewarded either. He felt depressed like he threw everything away just because he lives in an area where it's hard to live and make money. He kept clean and stop selling dope.

After he was released from prison in June of 2018 he left everything behind and took all the money he had and bought a ticket to Los Santos. Rape - Offensive roleplay, torture roleplay etc. In order to have an offensive roleplay, both parties must agree on doing so, if one of the parties want to stop they roleplay you must comply and stop it. Such roleplays if they're done they must be done in private places so you wouldn't disturb the public. During the roleplay of Rape if someone is wanting to stop or is getting uncomfortable with it then the RP must be stopped at all times due to the nature of disgusting roleplay.

Scamming - You can not scam vehicles, businesses, houses, etc. And need Admin permission for anything higher. Legal Gambling such as raffles and casino gambling cannot be scammed. The maximum you can scam is $50.000 and both parties have to be above level 5. Here you are also not allowed to kill a player during/after scamming them unless they do not comply/misbehave. Once you have been scammed you are permitted to rob the specific item(s) back. Purposely boosting the prices above the normal scamming limit to avoid being scammed is not allowed.

Robbing - The maximum you can rob is $500. You can rob unlimited amount of weapons, drugs and cargo. It's not allowed to kill a player during the robbery or after the robbery unless they do not comply or try to attack you in any kind of way. The player must be level 5 or higher to be robbed, there is a robbery limit you can't just go around and rob people at any time, Must be in specific places such as Los Santos Airport, Prison Lobby, Hospitals, PD/SD Stations. If you have been robbed by a player you may rob him back of course if you know who he IG and remember his face and such and he wasn't wearing a mask. You are allowed to rob everything back from the person that robbed you including anything else that he might have on him such as a gun/drugs. For robbery of a bank there's have to be at least 30 cops online and have to get admin permission as well, and roleplaying the robbery well, not just entering and starting to dm people. Illegal gambling is allowed but is not covered by the scam limit rule likewise loan scams.

OOC scams are not allowed. You're not allowed to steal properties as a furniture designer.


Metagaming - When receiving OOC information and taking advantage of the information to ICly manners. Another form of metagaming is when a player calls by someone's else name without knowing him ICly and reading his nametag, and if someone calls you by your name you're allowed to ask him in /do how he knows it from. Also, you cannot PM your friends and tell them your location that would consider as MG., for example, telling your friend in /PM your location then he comes by over there.

Examples: You're being arrested so you /pm your friend to help ambush the police to get out of this.

You see somebody's name above their head and decide to call them by it in character.

Powergaming - is when you force actions upon another player without letting them respond. Or for example, you're roleplaying tie someone up without letting him respond to your roleplay. Powergaming can also be if you roleplay something that's not possible such as roleplaying you have a pistol when scriptwise you don't give yourself a positive advantage.

VOIP usage is not allowed and is a bannable offence if caught metagaming. You should only ever use roleplay commands such as /me, /do, /ame that others would visually see themselves otherwise this could be classed as metagaming.
