Dangiraffe & The Danger Animals

Candace would actually be a pretty solid street level superhero. Her having superpowers fits in with what we see her do all of the time.


And when she gets into an obsession, there's no stopping her. Any criminal who causes a problem in Danville will learn that there's no escaping the long neck and tongue of justice.



No doubt on Candace's request when she had Doof mod her body to better fit the theme.

What would Doof do to make Stacy into a proper "Dangerbil"?


if Stacy becomes Candace's sidekick again, I think it'd be better to come up with a less awful alter ego for her, since Candace is a giraffe, perhaps another African mammal would be a good choice, like a Zebra or Rhino(even if they don't quite match the wordplay Dangiraffe has)

also maybe bring Jenny in as well, she got really underused by the show as it went on, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to throw her a bone


Jenny really wasn't needed as a character. Candace and Stacy simply worked best as a duo.


maybe but it'd still be fun to expand on her character, AU ideas are often at their most fun if an underdeveloped character gets some development and exploration


Vanessa should have been written into Jenny's appearances instead since the latter had no personality to speak of.


Personally, I thought Eliza deserved another episode more than Jenny.


all three would be good(although in that case I'd suggest maybe changing the hair colors of Jenny and Eliza, cause three brown haired girls is a bit much)


Would Jenny work as a blonde? I don't think Eliza would and giving her a darker shade of red than Candace would just turn her into a PnF Frankie.


I think so, especially if it's a dirty blonde(could probably get a good joke out of Jenny revealing that despite being a hippy she was dying her hair brown, cause she felt self-conscious about being a blonde)

also while it'd start getting a little unwieldy, had the thought that if we have Vanessa join with Candace as one of the "Danger Animals"*, it could be neat to have one or more of Vanessa's goth friends join as well, cause the idea of Candace's initial whim of becoming a superhero evolving into a full on superhero team^ is one that could be really fun(especially with Candace having to learn how to be a leader)


*for lack of a better name for this idea right now

What animal would each one be?


Well I was thinking that the overarching theme for the "Danger Animals" would be African Mammals to match up with Dangiraffe's giraffe theming, so should be plenty of good candidates even after picking ones for Stacy, Jenny, Eliza, and Vanessa

All the girls working for Doof would make for a good excuse to their families as to why they're always hanging at his place, as well as any obvious physical changes their powers would have

Plus it would make a good excuse to do at least one gag with Doof pulling a Charlie from Charlie's Angels
