@Ausheroes - Around 4 months ago, I was a moderator on a well known Australian server called Ausheroes.net. I got accepted as a helper and then got promoted to Moderator but I had to resign due to some real-life issues overlapping with my time being on the server.  These issues have been dealt with.

@RebornPVP - At the beginning of the year, I was an Admin on a practice server (Similar to MMC) which is based in Asia. I got promoted over the course of 5 months from Trainee (T-mod) to Admin. I got demoted due to my nan passing away. This was really unexpected. I forgot to tell a higher up about this event and I didn't join the server for a while causing my demotion. (Learnt from that mistake).

@SagePVP - Around a month ago I was staff on HCF server called SagePVP. I didn't enjoy my time there due to very abusive staff. I would get yelled at for no reason. This caused me to resign due to the fact that I had enough and wanted to staff at a better community.

I have also been staff on multiple other smaller servers that have shut down due to many different reasons. The servers listed below are my 3 biggest staff experiences on the biggest servers.


Hello, before I begin here's a little about myself. My name is Ava, I am 14 years of age and I live in Australia. I've played Minecraft for around 4 years and have enjoyed the game ever since I started it. Some of my other hobbies outside of Minecraft include sports (bowling, soccer, and volleyball). I have many many responsibilities outside of gaming. That's a bit about myself, now let me get into some reasons why I want to be staff. I have played on the Minemen club network since season 3 so I know all the inside and outs of it. Some reasons why I want to be staff on the server is my passion for helping others, further developing and improving the server, and keeping a clean and hacker free community while setting a professional and good example for other players. As a staff member, I will try to tackle every task that is handed to me to the best of my ability. This means that even the simplest tasks that I will be assigned will be done with the best quality I can provide. This not only applies for Minecraft. I apply this 'moral' in my everyday life. In return, this helps me strive to be a better person whether it be gaming or not. As it is already, I contribute to the community by adding suggestions in the #suggestions tab on discord. While this is a very minor step towards helping the community, it is all I am able to do from a player stance. This is why I want to apply as a staff member, I want to be helpful to the community not only from a players shoes but a staff members view as well. As a staff member, I will also try my absolute best to keep the community hacker free by banning all the hackers. I will do this while leading an example for other staff members and other players to follow.


As stated before, I have the leadership skills the be able to staff a server. these leadership skills have taught me multiple things. To be humble, and respect others. This is what I plan on continuing if I get accepted as a staff member. I have stated most of the reasons and what puts me over others applicants in the section before. Just as a recap though, I have the skills and experience to be able to staff on a server. I am also continuously contributing to the server whether it be /reporting someone or just putting something on the #suggestions tab on discord.

I know some current staff members on the server (Raticate and others), I also have very good grammar. The TeamSpeak is broken for me. every time I try to connect it says "failed to connect to server". Hopefully, you guys will be able to help me fix it but I do have access to a working Mic. (hopefully interview will be done on discord or  I would have fixed my TeamSpeak issue).
