  8. 02/07/23(19:00:37) *Mia-Kull(Mike43) Mike had been noticing something odd as of late in regards to his eyes. The higher his arcane knowledge grew, the more pressing it became. If only do to how much clearer things were becoming. Finding out that someone had placed a seal on his eyes. When it happened he didn't know, he could only assume it was after he had been born. He himself wasn't to sure about the make up of this seal but since discovering it,his focus was going towards unraveling just that. He was spending his time trying to study it in an attempt to build some countermeasure for it. With that in mind he was idly glad he had something to put his knowledge towards something. He had felt kind of adrift since making his way to civilization, for the most part just blending into the background, listening to the events unfold around him.*

  10. 02/11/23(17:40:13) *Mia-Kull(Mike43) had been studying the arcane for the better part of three years. His main focus had been the seal on his eyes. While most would be angry that someone had sealed away their eyesight, Mike had not really been all to bothered. He was more interested in the reasons that could be behind such an action against him. Decoding the make up of the seal was something in of itself. He had figured out that the seal was created by a Raken born under the Druid Star. This do in part that the structure in the magical building blocks were similar to how he had been taught, The second hint was that the seal seemed to get stronger in the Fall. With all this he got a better understanding of how to undo it, but that was still quiet a bit out of reach for the Acolyte. For now this was all he had to focus onto to drive his research forward. Around him other's were continuing their own goals. Taking a break from his research he began he perked his ears up to listen in. he did find just listening in oddly relaxing.*

  12. 02/14/23(18:48:21) *Mia-Kull(Mike43) had been studying for a few more years and it had slow going. That said he hadn't felt he was getting any closer to understanding the last few building blocks the seal was made of . He was so close yet so far away. It had been why he shifted his focus to further understanding of the arcane, instead of just focusing on undoing the seal on his eyes. This had be also be brought when he heard whispers and even had dreams leading him to a new understanding. The more he leaned into them the further along he was onto understanding what he was being led to. It became clear it was some kind of potion, as the energies that seemed to always be repeated were what he'd normally find in Alchemy, so creating the base for it was no problem. Following the process of weaving together the energies was not problem the issue . No the issue was a excessive amount of material both organic and inorganic was needed. It'd taken him month to do just that, even with the help he'd been given. But the time came and he began creating the potion that revealed itself to him in his dreams, lead along by what he believe to be his star's energy. Drinking the mysterious brew how ever brought upon him great pain, something he hadn't been expecting in the slightest. He did his best not to panic as he began recalling a more simpler brew which was uses to ease pains when something toxic had been ingested. He slowly concocted it as he didn't want to rush the process and make an error. While the antidote helped, the pain still could be felt but would slowly subside. All the while his understanding of the arcane was being grown upon. Giving him not only the feeling he was dying, but also a massive migraine. He put faith into the knowledge he'd been given. Trusting it would bring him ever closer to undoing what had been done to him.*

  16. Mia-Kull had been putting everything he had learned and gathered in the last year. The brew had brightened his his senses making things more clear. He had come to understand one of the last building blocks of the seal that held his eyesight from him. With only one left to go he was getting excited. With the clear possibility that he would be able to see with his own eyes, it was something he never actually thought he'd be able to do.
  17.
  18. This excitement drove him further into his pursuit. He was giving this project the most attention he could give. And with in time he was on the brink of unraveling the secrets that he had been working on. This very much in due to his ability to now learn now doubt.
  19.
  20. When he broke the code he reviewed it several times before developing a countermeasure to undoing the seal now that he could replicate such a seal, a truly nasty seal indeed. Stripping someone's sight but the means to why such a seal had been placed on him he could only speculate. Though the one he had chosen to believe was that this was a test for him to grow and learn Magic through a means that connected him more firmly to his Star.
  21.
  22. The countermeasure he was building was rather simple as it makes the first and last building blocks of Seal unstable. which in turn disables the tamper preventative measures in placed in the seal's formation.
  23.
  24. He got to work rather quickly to put in place the needed steps. The magical energy forming around his eyes as the seal became unstable before falling apart. There was a blinding orange light that was shinning through his eyelid as the outside light was hitting his eyes. The darkness he had known his whole light vanishing rapidly. He had to move his hands to cover his eyes as the light seemed a bit much.
  25.
  26. Slowly opening his eyes under his hands, he could actually see the color of his hands, hell color alone was something so alien to him. Slowly moving his hands away as he looked over them. His eyes felt strained as they were being overloaded with so much information. He began looking around taking everything in as it was all so Alien and wonderful to him.
  27.
  28. “Th. . This is the world I've been missing, it's. . . it's so. . .amazing” He said not sure what else to say as they were quite stripped of any words to describe the various objects and colors that were assaulting his unsealed sense of sight.
  29.
  30. Though the strain continued, unknown to him was the multiple rings that had formed in his eyes that were now a purple. These eyes were the actual reason the seal had been made, and what undoing it meant. Not even he knew but he would come to understand it with in time.
