  14. Archive.is Link(s):
  15. https://archive.is/IXdz4 Rowley is arraigned in Pamela’s death after being linked via DNA evidence 12-1997. Rowley had been released from prison 2-1997 after serving 7 years for a series of r*pes in Tustin. He was also convicted of child molestation in 1983. His and Brandon’s believed involvement in the death of Rachael Sugarman in 1988 is discussed.
  16. https://archive.is/tch0V Brandon is arrested 2-1996. He was connected because of the similarities between the 1988 Rachael Sugarman murder, and the attempted murder of his girlfriend in February 1995, when he dragged her into the garage, before dousing her with a flammable liquid and setting her on fire. She sustained burns to 70%+ of her body, but survived. Rachael’s mother, Jean Cerroni, is quoted, with more details about her daughter’s life plans before her murder.
  17. https://archive.is/RYCBy Another story about Brandon. I can’t find anything about Brandon after this story.
