- I have a loose schedule as far as the days go, but I work early in the morning so some ops nights I'll have to be off by around 10-10:30 est

- I think I should be chosen as a squad leader because I'm the kind of guy that doesn't mind putting in a few extra hours of work behind the scenes, doing my homework to make whatever job I'm tasked with run smoother and be more fun for my outfit.
In my mind the leadership serves the rest of the outfit, implementing rules and enforcing them not because of the love of power but to maximize the enjoyment of the game for everyone.

If I'm considered I will put my best foot forward and give an honest effort to anything asked of me.
