Nen Type Utilization : Manipulation and Emitter
Nen Color : Gray
Description: This nen ability creates a nen work of nen that connects feathers, feathers that slowly moves backward and forward to stay in the air, from there on, he can move it to do a plethera of things, such has create a wall of nen to stop nen based attacks in an ability called nen stripping, the feathers, coated in nen force off the nen coated in other objects, and dispercing other nen in the air. Or attack, making sharp cuts on the enemy.

Limitation: This can only effect items that have the same weight of a feather, anything heavier, it will hurt Donka to use this ability.
Vow: The user will never manilulate anything unless his blood as touched the item.

Skill One: Feather Coating
Description: Using they feathers I manipulate to force them onto an object.
Requirement:To start this ability, you need 10 points into manipulation.
Drain: This only uses 2 Aura.
Levels of the skill: There is only one. It coats faster.

Skill Two: Feather Network
Description:The primary ability of this attack, making a group of feather's in which float in the air, moving back and forward to stay in the air, the feathers to no move on their own.
Requirement: I need 10 Manipulation and Ten Emitter to pull this off.
Drain: To initiate this ability, it takes 5 to start it up.
Levels of the skill: Only one.

Skill Three: Feather Wall
Description: Making the feathers arrange themselves in a wall like formation, to disperse nen, and capture the nen in its feather, does not stop phyisical attacks.
Requirement: 20 in manipulator, 10 in transmuter
Drain:3 Nen Consumed.
Levels of the skill: Strips more nen from items the more skill into it.

Skill Four: Nen Gust
Description: The compilation of feathers will great a strong, sharp wind.
Requirement: The Coating Skill
Drain: 1 Nen Lol, its just wind.
Levels of the skill: Stronger with more manipulation.

Skill Five: Feather Network, Strike
Description: Sending a feather, or numerous feathers for sharp attacks.
Requirement: More starters, just the networking skill
Drain: Each time it is very low, im just pushing feathers, maybe .5?
Levels of the skill: Gets fast with more manipulation, stronger with more enhancer.

Skill Six: Nen Seeker
Description: Using my nen as a catalist, anything being effected by my nen can be followed by the feathers.
Requirement: 15 Transmutation
Drain: None
Levels of the skill: Just the one

Skill Seven: Feather Storm
Description: Making the feathers flow change, making them orbit around the user extremely fast.
Requirement: 30 Transmutation
Drain: 5 stamina to start, 1 aura each turn to last.
Levels of the skill:

Skill Eight: Attract
Description: Anything the user touches, can be marked with a small amount of blood, making items attract to it quickly.
Requirement: None Fam
Drain: To enchangt the person with nen 2
Levels of the skill:
Limb - 1 nen
Full Body - 5 nen

Skill Nine: Feather Brush
Description: Using the nen on my feather, I can dissapate any other nen on an item, or me.
Requirement: 10 Manipulation
Drain: 1 nen
Levels of the skill: Stronger with more stats invested.
