  56. Once upon a time in North India, two killers - Dev and Tutu, roamed free. Abandoned when young and vulnerable, Bhaiyaji gave them shelter and - nurtured them to kill. All is normal in their lives until destiny throws free-spirited Disha into the mix. What follows is a game of defiance, deception and love. Played by Ranveer Singh (Dev), Ali Zafar (Tutu), Parineeti Chopra (Disha) and Govinda (Bhaiyaji), Kill Dil is an entertaining thriller about guns and romance.
  57. Bollywood nowadays is coming up with films that are so bad that they are actually good. But this movie doesn&#39;t even fall under that category its a has a class of its own. <br/><br/>The story, lets consider it has one is about two hit man Dev (Ranveer Singh) and Tutu (Ali Zafar) who owe their life to Bhaiyaji (Govinda) because Bhaiyaji literally picked them up from dustbins and has raised them to be his hit men.Bhaiyaji calls them occasionally and hands them their target and which they finish off easily but who will kill us and free us from those poor jokes that Bhaiyaji cracks. 20 minutes into the movie after all the back story a song and some gun shots, of which not even one hits our hero&#39;s we meet Disha(Parineeti Chopra) who takes home a goon who saved from another goon for a after party at her friends home. At this point we know Parineeti does what is called as professional criminal rehabilitation who doesn&#39;t recognize criminals even when they say stuff like &quot;I am shooting from the time you were not even inside your mother but your father&quot; (rough translation). That explains why she is not good at her job and doesn&#39;t rehabilitate even one criminal through out the film. If anyone need rehabilitation its the audience after watching this film.<br/><br/>So Dev falls for her. Now Dev has a difficult choice of choosing between his godfather or his very recently acquired love interest. The rest of the plot you may have guessed by now Dev tries to become a well groomed man but Bhaiyaji won&#39;t let him. Bhaiyaji tries to convince him and blah.. blah.. blah...<br/><br/>The plot has so many holes that you could push the whole Qutub Minar through it(pun intended). Bollywood movies have reached a point where the less logic you apply the more you enjoy the film. The actors try but fail there is nothing they could have done about it. The script is just too weak. That makes you wonder if these people even read the script before signing such films. And do the makers even watch the rough cut of the film after making such pathetic films.

I was very much excited for this movie mainly because of Govinda playing an important role. <br/><br/>I found the movie was going well until interval, but in second half the makers seemed to be in a hurry to wrap it up without going in detail. the scene in movie are more or less predictable.This made viewers unsatisfied where they wanted to see more story and more good ending. It had very good potential to be very good or excellent film, but sudden act of wrapping it up with poor screenplay made it ended up with average fare. They should have worked on screenplay of post interval part and come up with more powerful script. <br/><br/>so not a worth movie to watch in theaters. Govinda played well as per the role offered, but still I believe he is not a perfect choice for the role and it would have been offered to some other actor like Jackie Shroff or his role would have been made more stronger giving him more screen presence and better screenplay and definitely movie would have been taken to a new level. Though it could have been much better film, but still I enjoyed watching it and believe it is much better film compared to many 100 Crore films of recent past. <br/><br/>Over all it is worth watching and all four lead actors leave their mark with good performance.
