Install Instructions for Wanted Level Editor

Download cleo for GTA SA here:
http://cleo.li/

After the install a folder named "cleo" should be created in GTA SA directory.

Now download the latest mod update:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/xvuxmn8tdki3awu/WLE+10.11+%5BGTA+SA%5D.rar
Open WLE 10.11 [GTA SA].rar and put WLE_Cheat_Table.fxt file inside the "cleo_text" folder:
"GTA San Andreas\cleo\cleo_text"

Put "Wanted Level Editor.cs" , "WLE_Cheat_Table.cs" , "SetTurretOffset.cs" and "STAR7.cs" to "cleo" folder:
"GTA San Andreas\cleo\"
