"This Room helps us users express the natural need to  meme. Although it isn't allowed in most rooms, this room will help us post memes and shitpost all we want without getting locked or banned (unless its too inappropriate). It's also a place where people can abuse bots's commands, and have tournaments and hangmans at will. Overall, that is why I think Meme Dome should be a private room. It also has a fairly active userbase, as shown by these pictures: http://imgur.com/a/cgWpI (Note: Although some of the roomauth are AFK alts, this room is pretty active and definitely has 30 or more unique users.) We will probably not mod everyone immediately as we have in the past, as that has led to some problems.
