- Introduction
- This article is to serve as a practical reference to Fecal Structural
- Rigidity and Volume Compression in Heated Extrusions.
- ThermoPoop was originally founded by the first evolved mammal over 2.6
- billion years ago after a late night run to Taco Bell. It was later
- discovered that Taco Bell generated greater extrusion resolution at
- lower temperatures resulting in superior extrusions to most market
- competitors.
- Basic ThermoPoop Extrusion
- ThermoPoop is a heated low pressure extrusion taking place at roughly
- 98.6F through a circular extrusion die referred to as a sphincter.
- Most extrusion dies are damaged after roughly 21 years of use due to
- inappropriate use of foreign tooling marring the extrusion die's
- surface. A 2"to 10" heated compression chamber is gradually loaded to
- capacity over a period of roughly 12 hours to achieve maximum density.
- The compression chamber can purge up to a 500" extrusion depending on
- size of chamber and diameter of extrusion die's orifice. Careful
- consideration needs to be paid to the expected length of extrusion and
- diameter of aperture as the viscosity of the ThermoPoop material may
- cause a catastrophic block. This block is referred to as the Ex-Lax
- Effect.
- Curing of ThermoPoop Post Extrusion
- Extrusion yields a volume of ~95% of chamber due to the heated
- compression. Due to this extrusion process a lighter, stronger
- material is yielded versus shoveling cold Poop in to a mold. Most
- extrusion process are immediately followed by a rinsing in a saline
- solution contained in a ceramic crucible. This rinsing process
- improves the ductility of the TermoPoop material allowing further
- handling. To date few tests have been performed as to the saline
- rinse's influence on the malleability of the ThermoPoop by qualified
- scientists, though tests by aspiring scientists in the 2-5 year old
- range have had promising results.
- Alternative manufacturing processes are used by mammals living in
- regions of colder ambient temperature wherein the ThermoPoop is
- immediately annealed to form structural units. The structural rigidity
- tests have been promising resulting in residential units over 10ft
- tall. Researchers using these dwellings are commonly referred to as
- "Hi Ppies". It is uncertain as to whether or not structural ThermoPoop
- will be seen in mainstream construction due to structural defects
- caused by corn.
