  1. Over the last week I've been having a pretty annoying problem with latency on my home network. Generally it'll run fine, but *roughly* every twenty minutes, the latency will go up from my normal 20-30ms to about 175-200ms. It will stay in this range for a few minute before dropping back to normal. This is incredibly annoying, and makes things like playing online games impossible. While troubleshooting, I tried running ping from two different devices, and found that they both seemed to experience the issue, but not simultaneously. It may be possible for it to happen to both a once, but due to the inconsistent nature of the problem, I haven't been able to test it.

  3. Out network consists of a bunch of desktop PCs, some being connected to a switch, a tp-link TL-SG1005D, and some connected to our router directly, a tp-link Archer c7. All but one are connected with CAT6, with the last being CAT5e. The of two devices I mentioned before that I tested with, one is connected through the switch, and one is not. The router is connected to a separate modem provided by our ISP. It is a combined router/modem, but I have residential gateway features disabled as the wifi wasn't good enough.
