Anyway, last time on Youkai Buster's', you all entered a town you for some reason entirely forgot existed, where you met up with Orochimaru the snake charmer, who helped you investigate this mysterious town. But then you were suddenly attacked by a zombie samurai warlord who seemed to have been tied down to the place. Said warlord is also a dewott, hippo.

"Are you guys okay?! I've been hearing and feeling nothing but constant quakes and waves nearby..."

Miyako:
Miyako picks up her new Pokemon sword. Is there like an effigy that comes with it or

"Whew, cheers! So what happened here, you guys pissed off that cute little otter?"

Flora:
Although pretty much on shore, Flora kind of floats on the water and stares at the sky. "Mmm..."

Orochimaru:
"Hmm, yes...I feel I'm recalling someone again..."

Miyako:
"Tch, we didn't do a thing. It just decided to attack us for some reason; something about returning to the world of the dead; not that it stood much of a chance in the first place."

"He certainly seemed it. Mentioned something about us being his first sacrifices. Hah, as if he could manage to stop our team." Reika scoffs, "Simply another youkai slain."

And yet even once you defeat the Youkai, the ground continues to occasionally tremor, and massive waves can be seen from afar.

"Good work Solace, you can stay a little bit longer if you'd like." The trumpeter boards the shore and holds the small squiddy.

"It seems so. Unless...."

Yuumi:
"Whoaaa, those are some serious waves out there." 10 Percep, are those going to be fucking us up in a bit

Miyako carefully holds the blade. "Hmm...a Pokemon that's also a sword. How unusual...but very interesting." She takes a small swing with it.

we're just about to be tsunami'd and Miyako's checking her weapon's heft

Cahya:
"Ahya! That Pokemon will have no trouble swimming in water of any intensity!" Cahya walks backward away from the water, and seals Cayce back in her dharma wheel. "Do try not to get your wings wet, Maya! I know how horrible of a feeling that is!"

Orochimaru:
"Fine, I guess we shall..."

Flora:
"Are you alright Cahya? You look pretty beat..." She approaches her.

Reika:
"I agree, this should be a fair bit more useful than my previous sword."

Cahya:
"Beat? Oh, no! I did not lose!"

Yuumi:
okay I guess everyone's totally fine with the imminent thousands of tons of water

Reika:
"She means you look rather exhausted, Cahya."
Reika: (( I'm mildly drunk out of character, so I hadn't even noticed. ))

"There are certainly no shortage of places to rest around here. Really, you could just about hit the hay in anything....would be nice if there was a hot spring around though...."

"I've had quite enough hot springs for one adventure, I believe.."

There were most certainly waves rampaging on the shore, and they were a little stronger than they were before you defeated Masamune, somehow. Typically such waves come with really dreadful weather, but this could be something else...

"Well I mean, just LOOK out there! The ocean's a tough customer at the best of times, but all it's going to take is one more of those quakes to get a real tsunami going... and we have no idea what's causing those."

The ashes are, well, about as good enough condition as ashes get. In the center of the ashes is a rather hefty chunk that seems to contain what is commonly known as the "core" of a golurk by top golurkmancers

"Ahah..I am not well-equipped for swimming...It is difficult for my clan to do. Ah, but I should be no worse than any of you at it!"

Masamune (Dewott):

Flora fetches out the rather heavy gem, and gives it a shine before eyeballing it against the moon's larger appearance in the night sky. "...Pretty."

"Yeah, swimming is part of it, dealing with the the force of impact and crashing buildings is another. Didn't they go over basic water safety in your clan?"

"If not that, there's also, uhm...whatever that place that the old guardian liked to stay was called...and of course a few supply houses are quite sturdy..."

Cahya:
"Ohya...it is wiser to stay indoors during periods of inclement weather!"

Gen:
"Well that's that. I'll just take a normal supply warehouse...hopefully this night goes by quick..."

Yuumi:
"Higher is better. If it's got a sturdy base that'd be ideal..."

Miyako:
Miyako then heads to a regular supply house, prefering to be alone. "Night then."

Flora:
"I guess we should prepare for anything..." Flora sets the stone back into the ashes and strings up the pouch.

"...Still dark out and raining (?) huh? Well, looks like I may need your services again, Hiryu. I hope you've been feeling better since that last encounter."

Masamune (Dewott):

Yuumi:
"Hey, Flora! You got a sec?"

"Froggy!" Hiryu just bows and is ready to leave.

"Oh, Yuumi. Good gloomy morning... How can I help?" She looks up and crumples up her really stained wrist Tags from the ground.

Miyako smiles. "Good. Lets go then." Miyako then heads to the shop to see if they're actually in business or not.

"So that aura thing of yours, does it work on Pokemon at all?"
