What makes you a good leader?:The effort I make to communicate and be open to others ideas.

What's better a boss or a leader?:I am easy to work with and I am a experienced leader.

What is your definition of leadership?:The definition of a leader is someone who leads a group of people or organisation, but I think leadership means that you can establish a connection through trust with someone else to the point they will listen to what you have to say.

Whats your comfort level with leading (Explain):I'm fine with leading 1-100 troopers I don't mind, the only thing I care about is respect, trust and friendship!.

Do you know the rules?: Yes, throughly.

How's your maturity level? (must be 15+, there are exceptions):I'm glad I recently turned 15 then.

Step by step, how do you train a Recruit?:First I would ask the recruit to change his name to (CR 4 NUMBERS AND A NAME) then I would ask him have you ever played starters role-play before yes/no. I would then start at the faces going through all faces (LEFT,RIGHT,ABOUT,FRONT,LINCLENE,RINCLINE,LDECLIE,RDECLINE), we would move onto formations (COLLUM,DUALCOLLUM,BOX,DIAMOND VARIENTS,WEDGE,FIRINGLINES). Once he has completed those I would show the ranks telling him to salute LT's and above, then we would move over to the rules and regulations. NEVER SHOOT ANOTHER BROTHER!.

If you are on a mission, and you lose a member in your squad how do you retrieve him/her in the most professional manner?:If we had lost a member, I would calculate all the possible locations he or she could have traveled in that amount of time. If there were no hostiles in the area that we knew of I would get 4 men to split up search all possible locations I marked on the holo map and hopefully retrieve that lost member.

Name all of the formations: Column, Duel Column, Wedge, Box, Diamond Prisoner and V.I.P, Firing Line and advanced firing line.

What makes you a better Commander than others?:I am easy to work with and I am a experienced leader. I am also very familiar with droid tactics and schemes so it would be an advantage for us, I can also make battle a safer environment due to the plans I make to ensure there safety.

If two Troopers are fighting, how do you deal with it?:I would order then to stop fighting, and tell them to stand at attention I would ask what they were fighting about and then resolve the problem in a peaceful manner.

If the Troopers don't stop even after trying, what do you do?:I would ask the security forces to detain them and put them in isolated sells from each other so I can speak with both the troopers and see their side of the story and hopefully get them separated until they can learn the respect one another.

What kinds of ways can someone get promoted for?: For explicitly following orders in battle and succeeding their mission, Doing something unique that could benefit us in a way know one thought of. Doing a successful tryouts session with some troopers. Completing a relatively hard training course.

Are you patient?:Only if the moment I'm in needs me to be.

Are you good at improvising?:What ever it takes.

Are you able to respect ALL soldiers, not just the high ranking?:All troopers even PVT's deserve to be respected, even the ones that have a bad track record.

Would you perform training frequently?:Only if my soldiers required. And I would do regularly anyways to see their progress.

Would you be willing to join the server even if it was empty?:Sure.

How frequently can you join the server, if you were made a Commander?:Most frequently, even if I wasn't commander I would still join.
