Ashes, ashes, dust and dust.
Atrophy, decay and rust.
Serotonin running out.
Birds of freedom, flying south.
Losing sleep is all I know.
Lost and losing on my own.
Dreams dead, lifeless. Thoughts unclear.
I say "Help Me". No one hears.

Helpless, held at mercy.
Lights are out and I cannot see.
Helpless, God has left me.
Lights are out, no one can save me.

S.O.S., but there's nothing overhead.
Sent distress, but the signal is dead.
Forced to stay in my own hell.
Rot and sulfur fill my cell.
No way out, no one has found me.
Countless collections of wastes surround me.
Dreams dead, lifeless. No one cares.
I scream "Help Me". No one's there.
