What experience do you have?
OPCraft:
So I first started playing Minecraft and this was the first ever server that I started to play. It was a Normal Faction server with the following servers: Factions, OPFactions, OPPrison, Ultra OPFactions, and Survival. So when I applied for staff the server had around 600 - 800 players on the server and I applied about a month after playing on the server. So then I made a good application and then I got interviewed and then I got the Moderator rank and I got added to all the chats they used Skype during this time. So about a month after, keep in mind that I was a very active and nice person on the staff team and I gained the trust of the Owner (IceyTV) very fast as I was always talking to him and helping him during his videos. So then I got promoted to Head of Moderators. This was just the rank where I would be helping the Moderators and the new staff with what they needed. A lot of people got salty at me and tried to get me demoted as fast as possible but I made sure that I did my job right and stayed with the server. Then I got the Admin rank about two weeks after that and I was helping out with the blacklisted players on the server and making sure that I helped with the Buycraft stuff for the players and giving them the stuff that they bought. Then two months after that I got promoted to Staff Manager and I was helping out a lot with the Staff Team and I made sure to have meetings, and new rules for all the staff members. Then I resigned from that rank and got the Forums Manager rank on the forums and I helped out the server by dealing with people being toxic and ban appeals on the forums. Then I resigned two weeks after that because school was getting in the way.

PvPingMC:
This was about 4 months ago and I was staff on here it was a Skyblock server and I was the rank Helper and I was helping the server and then I got promoted 3 weeks after I got staff to Jr.Moderator. Then after about a week or two it got boring and the Admin was abusing so I just resigned.

PurgePots:
This was Fits server at the time and I was staff on here for about 4 weeks and I was the Helper rank and then I got promoted pretty fast on here and then I resigned about the 4th week in because the server had about 10 players online.



HCGames:
I was Pending on here for about a month and it also took over a month to get interviewed for this server. I staff on here for about 2 weeks and then I resigned for the reason that the server was being sold.

FaithfulMC:
I was staff on FaithfulMC for two months as I was a Helper when I first got staff on here and I was helping out and then the server went into a 5.0 stage and then I got promoted to Moderator and then I was helping with the Anti Cheat, Kitmap, and KB. Then I got demoted two weeks ago for “Staff Revamp”

TheArchon:
I was staff on the TheArchon for a month as well. I was staff on here for a good amount of time and I learned there ways of Staffing which is pretty different. I got promoted on here pretty fast and I later resigned as the server’s staff team was very unprofessional.

Why do you want to be staff?
There are a lot of reasons why I am applying for VeltPvP today. One of the key reasons why I am applying for staff on here is because I have seen a lot of cheaters on the servers lately and I would love to help the server out and clear the hackers on the server that are killing a lot of people. Ever since I started playing SOTW I have been seeing hackers on the server and also when I used to play on the server and got home from school I would log on and see a bunch of cheaters just messing around on the server and not getting banned and it was annoying so I would love to help the server out. I would always be online helping the server out and making sure that I can deal with the cheaters of the server and making sure that I deal with the Teamspeak Support Rooms. I know the server very well I know the rules and I know how to do the commands on the server, I know what rank has what perms and how to deal with problems that the server has dealt with. Most of the time when I log on and see a cheater I would make sure to report him as many times as I can to see him banned. I am always looking in chat to see if someone if screaming about something and there is a cheater, I would first teleport to him and make sure to SS or ban the cheater(s) before the player gets killed and any damage is done to his base. If I was a staff member on the server I would make sure to teleport to a player over and over again to make sure that he doesn’t do anything bad. I know how to screenshare players with DoXING, DDOSING, and cheating. I know how to find ghost clients too. I have three monitors and I could make sure to see if they are in Teamspeak and still in the game when they join the Teamspeak. I would also message the player in game to make sure that the player is the one in Teamspeak and not someone trying to get him banned for something he didn’t do. I would try my best to help the server out the best I can and make sure that I always am doing Support Rooms, dealing with the forums, and making sure that players like playing the server. I have been playing Hardcore Factions for a while and I know that players are pretty toxic on the servers and they hate the staff members of the server and they just want to be helped right away. I know how to deal with those types of players and also the people that don’t like to following the rules in a Mass Move.VeltPvP is a very big network and I would love to be a part of the network and help out.

Helping:
I am always getting online and sometimes never getting offline. I wake up very early for school and during the weekends and the days I have off of school I get on when sometimes there are no staff online and players are dealing with cheaters or they are abusing and cheating on the server when there is no staff online to deal with the situation.

Mature:
I am a very mature person when it comes to being staff on a server. I know how to deal with players and make sure that they are doing what is right. I would never be toxic to staff or players I would make sure to be mature during something that is important. Also I would never talk shit behind someone's back even if they are saying really mean things to me. I can always joke around and mess around with other staff members and make sure that I am not talking or joking around with just normal players in the Support Room.

Dedication:
I am always dedicated to a server that I am staff on and make sure that i have been playing the srever for a while and to show that I know the rules and I have the time of my day to play on a server. I would always be online and ready for what the Staff team would bring to me and make sure to deal with it according.

Calm:
I am a very calm person when it comes to staffing. I would never come into Teamspeak acting all big and bad and screaming at staff to do their job.I would respect all players and the staff team for what they need to do.

Recording:
I can record up to 60FPS for every video I do I can make sure that I have all the proof needed for a ban or mute or anything that would need proof for. I would make sure to upload it and then keep it there for about a week or two.

Where I would like to be:
I want to be part of a staff team and really help out some servers and deal with toxic players and cheaters. I am a very good person for this job and make sure that I get everything that I need to do done within the time limit. I want to be one of the staff members that always are remembered for being a good person and get promoted back when I resign.

Why should we pick you over other applicants?
Screensharing:
I am a very good screensharer. The one thing you need to know how to do when you get staff is know how to screenshare a player if needed. You need to know how to use the program and find all the clients that the player might be using. You need to know how to find if they have edited these files or something else. I know how to find a bunch of different hacked/ghost clients and I would be really good at this just incase I needed to help them out.

Cooperation:
I am a very nice person when I need to be during a mature thing. My mircrophone is very clear and you can be able to hear be threw my microphone.I will always be updating the staff team whenI will be going out to do something and when I can’t be online during soemthing. I will make sure to always update the staff team when I need to. If I need to go to a game or something I will make sure that the Owner/Manager knows before time.

Giving:
I am a very giving person to people when they do something nice for me. I make sure to give the server support by buying stuff from the Web Store and supporting the server to keep it up and running. I will sometimes buy players low ranks if they are no rank and make sure that they can play like everyone else too. I will always make sure to be back to the people that help the most.

Forums:
I would always be active on the forums and make sure to that I deal with the Ban Appeals for the Support that players need help with on the server and make sure that I always help them on the server. I will give them the correct information when they need it. I will never bump old post on the forums.

Teamspeak:
I will always be active on the Teamspeak Server. If someone needs help in-game I will message them and ask them to join the Teamspeak and we can talk about it in the Teamspeak on what they need. If they have a question I will make sure to give them the right information.

Time:
I have a lot of time on my hands and I can always be online helping people and I will always make sure that I move the people that are in the Support Rooms that I will be able to move them and also helping players in-game as well.

Speed:
I type very fast and this is a very good thing for the server and helpful too. As I can type very fast I will be able to ban a hacker before they kill the player that they are targeting. I would ban him really fast and be able to give the DTR, inventory that the player had before he died to the cheater. Also if I need to say something to someone and they are waiting for a long time I will be able to respond pretty fast.

Goals:
I always set goals for myself on a server. I always try to get a lot of bans  and mutes before the end of the week or so. To show that I am online and doing my job in the right way before the staff meeting. Some of my goals would be to get staff again if I resigned or something and be able to get it right back.

My Role:
I would never use the Helper tag as a rep kind of thing. Most people just like to use the server name as something for rep to show that they know what they are doing to every server. I would always try my hardest on the staff team. I will try the hardest on the small things of a staff team.

Evidence:
I will make sure to always have the evidence for a ban or something. I will always be recording the ban or screenshoting the mute just in case a high staff member needs to have the proof for the ban.

Professionalism:
I am a very professional member of a staff team when I get on a staff team it is very important for the people that they will be accepting on the team and that they will show the server in a good way.

Experience:
I am a very experienced staff member. I have been staff on a lot of server which shows that I will be doing a good job and knowing how to deal with players if needed. I will always make sure to tell the truth about something.

Honest:
I am a very honest person and I really respect people that are honest to me. I hate being lied to about something i already know is true.
