----General Rules----
[x] 1. Don't meta-game.
[x] 2. Don't use racist or sexually abusive comments toward others.
[x] 3. Don't impersonate staff members.
[x] 4. Don't be disrespectful to other players or staff.
[x] 5. Don't threaten to DDoS or take down our server. [perm-ban and IP logging]
[x] 6. Don't asking for other players personal information. (IE: home address, phone number)
[x] 7. Don't mic or chat spam.
[x] 8. Don't kill other players on sight. (KOS)
[x] 9. Don't prop minge/kill/surf.
[x] 10. Don't role play in out of character chat. (OOC)
[x] 11. Don't break new life rule (NLR).
[x] 12. Don't ask for staff. (This WILL be ignored)
[x] 13. Don't trick other players into breaking rules.
[x] 14. Don't lie to staff members.
[x] 15. If you abuse a class it WILL be taken from you.
[x] 16. No mass binds. (ex. raid/pd raid/bank heist/raid assist) (Max of 2 binds per list)
[x] 17. You must advert "warn" a player before killing them for following you. (If you abuse this you WILL be puinished for RDM)
[x] 18. If you abuse any class you will have it striped from your access.

----NLR rules----
NLR is 3 minutes if you are the one being raided.
NLR is 5 minutes if you are the one raiding.

----Raiding Rules----
[x] 1. Don't build defences while raiding a base.
[x] 2. You can not raid a base that has a building sign up.
[x] 3. You must wait 10 minutes before raiding the same place again.
[x] 4. Once you have finished a raid don't camp the raided base.
[x] 5. No camera glitching.
[x] 6. You must advert raid.
[x] 7. You must advert when you raid the pd.
[x] 8. You must advert when assisting in a raid.

----Base Building Rules----
[x] 1. Don't build more than 1 fading door per dorrway.
[x] 2. Fading doors must toggle open for at least 5 seconds.
[x] 3. If there’s a fading door a keypad must be linked to it.
[x] 4. You CAN NOT have any raidables while a building sign is up.
[x] 5. You can prop block entrances as long as there’s one way in.

----All Government Job Rules----
[x] Mayor: 1. Don't create laws that will cause players to break the rules.
[x] Mayor: 2. Don't create laws that will benefit one party. (This rule can be stretched a little.)
[x] All officer jobs: 1. Don't arrest on sight. (AOS)
[x] All officer jobs: 2. Don't cuff on sight. (COS)
[x] All officer jobs: 3. Don't rush baton other players.
[x] All officer jobs: 4. Don't make warrants without valid reasons.
[x] All officer jobs: 5. Don't make other players wanted without valid reasons.

----All Criminal Job Rules----
[x] 1. Don't mug the same person within 10 minutes.
[x] 2. The max mug is $5000.
[x] 3. Don't purposely harrass a player.
[x] 4. You must advert when mugging someone.
[x] 5. You must advert when kidnapping someone. (you advert it after you restrain them)
[x] 6. You must advert when taking over the pd.
[x] 7. You must advert when robbing the bank.
[x] 8.a. You must advert steal when taking someones property. (ex. running in when a trade is going down and taking the items and running off.)
[x] 8.b. This doesn't apply when raiding.
[x] 8.c. You must use the default DarkRP Inventory when stealing the items. You may put them in your personal inventory when it is safe.

----Hitman/Bounty Hunter Rules----
[x] Both: 1. Don't constantly accept hits on the same person. (No more than 5 times every 10 minutes)
[x] Both: 2. You must advert when accepting a hit/bounty.
[x] Both: 3. You must advert when completing a hit/bounty.

----Hobo Rules----
[x] 1. You can mic spam only when standing still. (No shitty music is allowed)
[x] 2. When spamming music as long as its a valid song (that you did't make up) you can spam it.

----Party Rules----
[x] 1. If you have a party of atleast 7 you can claim a district.

----Staff Rules----
[x] 1. You MUST follow the Infraction Consequences below when dealing with issues. (Note you may skip "1." if a more serious offence happens.)
[x] 2. Do not noclip without a valid reason.
[x] 3. Do not abuse your powers.
[x] 4. You must be on at least once a week to keep your rank. (NOTE: Tell a HS(+) if you are going on vacation so your rank isn't taken away)
[x] 5. Staff are expected to keep up with updates that happen to the server. (You can keep updated by going to the News Update Thread on the website)


----INFRACTION CONSEQUENCES----
The following actions will be taken in this order [unless violating a more serious offense]:

[-] 1. Player shall be warned about the rule they have broken.
[-] 2. player will be kicked from the server if they continue to break a rule.
[-] 3. Player will be banned  for a term of 1-7 days. (depending on what occured)
[-] 4. A permanent ban will be issued and shall not be removed.
[-] Bypassing a server ban will result in a GLOBAL BAN from ALL servers within our network including denied access to our website. (Unless there was a serious issue irl that could not be avoided.)
