  1. Void-Touched of Kal Azul:
  2. A gang of various magi scattered throughout Kal Azul. They are said to rule the criminal underground with an iron fist, blessed by magics so powerful and foreign to Rhyst that they are invincible to most forms of attack.
  3.
  4. Demons of Kal Azul:
  5. The true bosses of the event chain, these demons were who granted the Void-Touched abilities to the mortals that lived within. They are remnants of the forces used to beseige Kal Azul to begin with, and through the blood spilled by Mavkoda and Karrador, centuries of waiting in the wings, growing, and scheming have allowed them and their magics to approach the power of the generals who brought them there. The only thing preventing them from waging a campaign of bloodshed across the rest of Rhyst is the threat of the Lightless Bracelet, a relic tailor made to be able to counteract them and their forces.
  6.
  7. Lightless Bracelet:
  8. Fluff item/Possible dev item
  9. An immensely powerful bracelet made of Mythril and various other materials. With its unique enchantments, the bracelet is capable of casting an extremely potent Relic Magic deconstructing certain Void-Touched and Demons of Kal Azul and reconstructing them into something native to Rhyst, robbing them of much of their powers. It represents the absolute pinnacle of what man can achieve in the fight against the extraplanar.
  10.
  11. Effects are limited to ECs of the event chain, where it will make otherwise unbeatable opponents beatable and will open up various pathways in later events.
  12.
  13. Black market specific items:
  14.
  15. Bloodless Adamantite:
  16. Dev item
  17. Adamantite originally stained black by the blood of Karrador, it was later purified by the Lightless Bracelet, making it uniquely capable of fending off extraplanar forces when used in the construction of equipment, but also uniquely receptive to any magical enchantments held by other materials used in said construction.
  18.
  19. Black Orichalcum:
  20. Dev item
  21. Orichalcum stained black by the blood of Mavkoda, the magically conductive properties of orichalcum rendering it a perfect container for the energies of the Void. While normally corruptive, a particularly skilled smith could use other materials in the construction of a weapon to allow it to wield the powers of the Void with none of the consequences.
