  1. This is a toxic spikes + hex spam team that i made very quickly. i didn't spend a whole lot of time on it or anything, so please treat it as a rough draft. going through it mon by mon:
  2.
  3. gengar is a fantastic general offensive mon. hex is used to abuse status, willowisp is used to hit things like steels that can't get poisoned and also allows gar to 1v1 ferro which would otherwise annoy the team, sludge bomb is opted for over sludge wave for the increased poison chance, and taunt allows you to avoid status moves and such.
  4.
  5. pex is the tspike setter of choice. doubles as a bulky water/pivot vs fatter teams/toxic users and marsh check. try to set up tspikes as early as possible, and use pex as a midground switch and pivot vs predicted resisted moves and toxics and stuff like that. min speed is just a tiny optimization; i like running min speed on support mons like this just to take less gyro damage.
  6.
  7. gira-o is the pdon check, ground immunity, and assistant status/hex abuser of choice. wisp is chosen to hit things like duskmane and other steels and stuff that can't be toxiced, and to neuter physical attackers in general. draco allows you to properly 1v1 pdon, and is just the general stab of choice. min speed is to make sure that you have a slower defog than sr pdon.
  8.
  9. pdon is the rocker of choice. i chose the sd/sr set because it helps the hooh mu and gives you some stallbreaking potential. pretty standard set; i think eq is better here because the guaranteed accuracy is pretty nice for a spammable stab move, and the poison spam helps to make up for the power difference. edge gives you more power vs things that fly and don't get hit by the tspikes, but feel free to make this rock slide or something if you want the accuracy.
  10.
  11. dm is the xern check of choice here. i picked the utility sd set because i like the reliable recovery and you don't really need the speed from rock polish on this particular build. i actually kinda like tr on this set, so feel free to run that if you'd like. utility sd also provides some wallbreaking power, and can act as a general pivot/toxic absorber along with pex.
  12.
  13. finally, for this team i decided that scarf xern was a good option for speed control because it also provided a cleric and gave some insurance for yveltal, which these types of builds generally struggle with. twave is cool because it hits steels like dm on the switch, severely crippling them and allowing you to hit them extra hard with hex from gira or gar later on.
  14.
  15. this was a super quick and kinda rough build, so feel free to tweak it as you see fit. i see a noticeable weakness to cm groundceus, but a lot of these types of builds share that weakness, so as long as you just keep the pressure on and make sure it gets statused as early as possible, you should be ok. maybe add dbond on gar for some extra insurance if you'd like. hf with this build!
