Is social signals selling the future?
Ok, in my country everybody is selling backlinks and guest posts.
Is it true that in the future social signals will outrank backlinks? In this case could be interesting to build the social equivalent of a pbn (is this a botnet?).

Dont' know anything about systems to build account networks for social selling. Do you guys?
I doubt Google will care that much about metrics on some social media site.
Ratio is that you can buy backlinks that are sold EVERYWHERE.

Social accounts are more "genuine" and means people is organically sharing your content.
Not if all of these accounts are fake
Social signals will become more and more important but I don't think they will outrank backlinks
Don't know nothing about mass use of social accounts. I know here a lot of people manage fake account for money making.

But the idea here is to build a large botnet only to give authority to pbn content. Someone here is doing that or has some best practices?
The future will be making it too expensive to create any sort of fake ranking signal, be it social media or backlinks, compared to real likes and shares.

Fake accounts, botting, proxies and that sort of stuff will get replaced by networks that offer real users points/money to like or share stuff. Somethinkg like addmefast/youlikehits on a large scale and only with real, personal, verified accounts.

You have any idea how easy it is for even a basic AI to tell a real social profile from a fake one? Buying phone numbers proxies and creating fake activity history will be more expensive than finding real active people to share yr stuff. That will create a new business niche as well and new services will emerge. Advancements in AI will paradoxically create the need for having real shares and will make fake shares obsolete. Thats because of the difference in abilities/budgets of large corps like google compared to regular blackhat service providers.

I don't think social signals affects the ranking to that extend, so the chances of them outclassing the backlinks are very less unless Google does something unthinkable.
