Abilities:
- Master Duellist: Velaxus trained with a longsword all of his life, starting as an Imperial soldier and then honing his ability within a Knightly order dedicated to hunting dremora after the Oblivion crisis.
- Cursed: A curse placed on him by Clavicus Vile has blessed Velaxus with physical prowess far beyond that of a regular man. He is strong and agile while being surprisingly swift in his heavy armour.
- Arcane Ability: Velaxus dedicated a lot of his own time into honing his arcane abilities, mainly focusing on destruction spells. When his magicka is completely drained, it takes four turns to regenerate completely.

Spell List
- Sparks: When cast, sparks shoots a constant stream of electricity at the target. This servers to damage the target physically, as well as drain their magicka. Can hold this spell for ten seconds before draining all of his stamina.
- Lightning Bolt: Single bolt of concentrated electricity which is used for more accurate blasts. Has more stopping power than sparks. Velaxus can fire four bolts of this spell before his stamina is drained.
- Frostbite: This spell projects a continous stream of frost, which can slow the target as well as drain their stamina. It doesn't cause much in the way of physical damage, mainly used as more of a support spell in combat.
- Healing: Velaxus is a novice in this ability, only able to heal minor wounds and partially heal more moderate wounds. This spell drains his magicka very quickly.

Weaknesses:
- Ranged Opponents: Velaxus' build very much favours getting up close and personal. When presented with enemies wielding firearms or powerful magic there's little the knight can do against this.
- Cursed: Unfortunately his curse comes at a cost. In exchange for his powers, Clavicus Vile has tasked Velaxus with hunting down vigilants and demon hunters in his name. Should he fail to uphold this task, the effects of the curse will wane and slowly begin to kill him.

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION

Armor: Velaxus is clad in a set of ebony armour, covering his body from head to toe. It provides him with ideal protection against blades and some blunt weapon. Unlike traditional armour, it even provides some ballistic protection. At full condition, it is capable of stopping up to 5.56mm rounds. As the armour is made from pure ebony, it is extremely resistant to heat. It can withstand blazing fires for a short period of time and even a lightsaber would have a difficult time slicing through it without enough effort.

Weapons:
- Ebony Longsword: This weapon is capable of slicing through flesh with ease. Unlike a regular steel sword, it has more armour piercing capabilities than one would think. Lunges and stabs with the sword are able to pierce through steel armour with enough force, slashes are fairly ineffective in that regard however. Also, the weapons ebony properties make it extremely resistant to heat, allowing it to even block something like a lightsaber.
- Elven Dagger: A trinket acquired in his travels. A weapon he rarely uses, but Velaxus keeps it on his person in case of extra close encounters or desperate situations. It is slightly sharper than steel, but it would still take a lot of effort to pierce anything stronger than iron.
- Imperial Bow: While not his favoured weapon, Velaxus may be forced to use this against range opponents. This bow is not exactly special in any regard, and Velaxus equips it with rather mundane steel arrows. It can pierce through weaker armour and flesh, though not much else.

Munitions:
- Quiver of 30 steel arrows.

General Equipment:
- Three simple health potions, capable of healing moderate wounds.
