  57. I think the show has potential.<br/><br/>It has a good story line so far. It will be interesting to see the story progress as the season continues. I like the actors playing Krista and Marcus. They have nice chemistry.<br/><br/>However, the actor playing Blade needs a little work. He&#39;s trying too hard to duplicate Wesley Snipes, making it difficult to understand his lines. Maybe he needs to enunciate or maybe it&#39;s just hard for him to speak with fangs...? Either way, he needs a speech coach.<br/><br/>All in all it&#39;s a good show if you&#39;re a fan of vampire movies or Buffy/Angel type shows.
  58. I read the comic book and seen all three movies. The series is darker and nastier. Kirk &quot;Sticky&quot; Fingas is a worthy Blade. Nelson Lee is Blade&#39;s partner, Shen - combination support, computer and video hacker, and the one person that can keep Blade from going too out of control. Jill Wagner is Krista Starr, a veteran looking to avenge her brother&#39;s death at the hands of the vampires, who becomes one herself. Blade rescues her and she goes undercover. Neil Jackson and Jessica Gower are Van Sciver and Chase. Van Sciver is the vamp in charge of the Detroit office of the House of Chthon and Chase is the lady vamp is is loyal and in love with him. Attempts are made on both sides to eliminate the other. The action is fast-paced and the It&#39;s a combination of horror, intrigue, and thriller. However, it is NOT for kids. It is bloody and the language is crude when they swear. These are definitely not nice people. Could use a little more humor but that&#39;s a minor detail. I gathered the first 11 on Tivo and watched them in three days. It was awesome!!! I couldn&#39;t wait for the next episode. The special effects are nice when a vampire is taken out. Sit back and enjoy the ride. Can&#39;t wait for season 2!!!
