In order to become Gym Leader in Aroma, you must be Gym Trainer for at minimum 48 hours. After being involved with the league for at least that amount of time, you may begin your playing test and evaluation. The goal here is obtain 18 of the possible 30 points. The playing test consists of three neutral match-up battles with three certified testers. For each battle you win, you will obtain 5 points added to your total. After each of battle, the tester can bestow up to 5 more points for criteria such as drive to improve (typically ~1), presence and personality in the league while Gym Trainer (~1), and performance in that specific match (~1-3). Failure to pass requires you to wait another 48 hours to attempt again. Multiple failures may result in requiring you speak to any of our coaches for some help before your next attempt.
