Skipping over tier loot because it's pretty straightforward.
Loot that drops from multiple bosses is excluded after it first appears.

Helm of the Lifegiver - Resto Sham | Shaman
Choker of Enlightenment - Caster DPS | Healers (this is a generally bad item)
Robe of Volatile Power - Mage, Warlock | Caster DPS
Wristguards of Stability - Warrior | Feral
Manastorm Leggings - Casters for an mp5 dispel set or a healer (this is a generally bad item)
Salamander Scale Pants - Healers

Aged Core Leather Gloves - Fury Warr, Rogue(dagger spec that doesn't take the +wep skill talent otherwise devilsaur is superior)
Flameguard Gauntlets - Warr (orc prefered because edgemasters handguards exist) (Better for warr dps than for tank threat)
Mana Igniting Cord - Mage | Caster DPS (This is BiS for mage for a very long time while other casters will have other options)
Sabatrons of the Flamewalker - (this is a generally bad item)
Quick Strike Ring - Fury Warr | Other melee | Hunter
Talisman of Ephemeral Power - Mage, Warlock | Caster DPS
Fire Runed Grimoire - Caster DPS | Healers (this is a generally bad item)

Spinal Reaper - Enh Sham, Warrior (Orc) | Enh Sham, Warrior (This is another very strong PvP weapon that you might prefer to give to someone who PvP's seriously)
Bonereaver's Edge - PvP Rank 10+ Warrior | Warrior (Warriors that take PVP seriously should have priority on this weapon, LC discretion advised)
