[FFXIV] Server/Hotbar Lag for Black Mage

Please address server line quality / hotbar lag for Black Mage's Fire IV and Blizzard IV. Currently, the game requires the hotbar to check two buffs (Unlike Ninja's Mudras/etc.) Black Mage has this awkward downtime where after you receive the appropriate astral or umbral buff, the hotbar lags because it is also checking for enochain at the same time, causing a noticable 1 second delay or so before you can cast Fire IV or Blizzard IV.

I currently live in Madison, WI with Charter Communications Cable Internet, and I am on the Balmung server, which is in Canada somewhere. I do not think that this sort of lag should be acceptable for Black Mages, who already have to deal with watching their Enochain tick down. Not to mention, for an average person not used to timing things, Black Mages have to immediately stop doing their current rotation when the timer for enochain hits 10 seconds or so, leaving a big 5 second reduction to Enochain's total time as a result. While I know Enochain is a balance to keep in check the destructive force of Black Mage, I think network balance has to be taken into account as well.
