  1. My activity to SuperiorServers has been very persistent with this month of mod i had. In this month of Moderator alone, i got over 150 hours of playing/afking on SuperiorServers alone. During accumulating this playtime, i have made lots of new friends in the staff team and i hope to keep on making more. Everyday when i get home from school i am always hopping on the SuperiorServers teamspeak and asking where the staff team needs me and if noone says they need anything i tend to go the server that has the least amount of staff on it at that current time. Everyday i try to log at least 5 or 6 hours on the server itself and take at least 40+ sits everyday. I hope to improve upon getting more playtime in the next couple of months.

  3. Leadership:
  4. My leadership skills, as proven in my past months of staffing, are, in my opinion, very refined at this point in time. I feel that i am a born leader when it comes to helping out moderators (new and old). Whenever a new mod has a question in teamspeak, i am usually first to respond to that said question. Back when i was a T-Admin before my term ended i personally enjoyed leading and pushing new mods into taking sits and try to make them staff > RP. Overall, my leadership skills in the past and in the present have been close to refined for being apart of the staff team.

  6. Sit Taking
  7. Whenever i am online, i attempt to take as many sits as possible and even try to nudge moderators to help out if the sits are stacking. When i handle my sits, I am very calm and keep a level-head. I have never got mad in a sit nor will i hope to anytime soon. After i have basically made a verdict on the rules broken(if any) i tend to make sure that the people in the sit know what the punishment(s) will be(if any) and finish the sit. (Keep in mind i usually keep my sits' length to 1-3 minutes max.) Overall, my sit taking skills (in my opinion) are nearly perfected.
