Keshet Media Group, also known as Keshet, is a private Israeli mass media company, which is headquartered in Tel Aviv.

The company has operated Keshet Broadcasting, a television broadcast operator and a franchisee of Israel’s Channel 2, since 1993 and up until November 2017. Since November 2017's licensing reform, it was rebranded in Israel as Keshet 2, a separate channel.

Keshet shows original drama series, entertainment, current affairs, lifestyle shows, and foreign programs. Keshet's global production and distribution arm is Keshet International, and the company's digital branch is Mako, one of the top three most-visited websites in Israel.

Keshet was established in 1993 and is one of Israel's largest media companies. Avi Nir has been serving as the chief executive officer of Keshet Media Group since 2002. As a leading network in Israel, Keshet is responsible for shows including Prisoners of War (Hatufim), Rising Star (HaKokhav HaBa) and When Heroes Fly.

Channel 2, also known as Keshet 2, is an Israeli free-to-air television channel owned by Keshet Media Group. It launched on 1 November 2017 as one of two replacements of the outgoing Channel 2.

Israel's Channel 2 was operated by the Second Authority for Television and Radio, but was programmed by two rotating companies, Keshet Media Group and Reshet. As part of a larger series of reforms to Israel's broadcast system to increase diversity and competition, Channel 2 was shut down, and both concessionaires were granted their own, standalone channels; Keshet officially launched on 1 November 2017, alongside Reshet 3. Programs were divided among the two channels. The Israel Television News Company continued to provide news programmes for both channels, with the main primetime bulletin simulcast by both channels, until 16 January 2019 when Hadashot 2 was established after the merger of Reshet 3 and Channel 10. On 1 August 2019, the channel was renamed Keshet 2.

Since the Channel 2 split, Keshet 2's share has grown to 45%, dominating ratings across all time slots and the Top 10 Weekly Shows. This phenomenal success has been powered by a diverse raft of innovative in-house productions and local commissions. The channel airs various shows, including reality shows, satire, drama and comedy series, and entertainment and magazine programs.

HaHadashot 2 is a brand of Israeli television news programmes produced for Keshet 2 by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company. Its flagship evening news bulletin is broadcast at 8:00 p.m. IST, and anchored primarily by Yonit Levi and Danny Kushmaro. The company, originally the news department of Channel 2 – was funded by Keshet Media Group and Reshet; Telad also funded the company until it lost time slots on Channel 2 in 2005. HaHadashot 2 was founded in 1993 with Channel 2, which became one of its most-recognized symbols. The company's news is primarily viewed in Israel. It expanded beyond the evening news bulletin, and began airing programmes such as First Edition, Six With, Meet The Press, Friday Studio and The Economic Programme. The company faced competition from other TV channels, Internet websites, and radio.

HaHadashot 2 is the main news program of Keshet 2, which airs at 19:57, ending a few minutes after 21:00. It is produced for Keshet 2 by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company. The program presents key news today in Israel and worldwide. The program, which carries a rhythmic and cliffy character, opens with headlines, which include the main stories of the program. At the beginning of the broadcast, hard news is brought out and later the program is moved to softer news. The program deals with various areas, including security, economics, education, health, culture, sports and stories. The program broadcasts reports that are preceded by narrations. Also, sometimes before, after or without the transmission of an report, a commentator or reporter can be reported. Rarely there is an interview in the main edition. A number of commercials and trailers are being broadcast as part of the release. The weather is broadcast at the end of the program.

HaHadashot 2 - First Edition is the afternoon news program of Keshet 2, which airs Sunday through Thursday between 16:00 and 17:00. It is produced for Keshet 2 by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company. In the show, viewers are updated on all the news of today from the company's reporters on all subjects. As with any news program at the end, the weather forecast is broadcasted.

HaHadashot 2 - Late Edition is the late night news program of Keshet 2, which airs Sunday through Thursday between 23:30 and 00:00. It is produced for Keshet 2 by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company. The program constitutes an expanded summary of the day's news, with extensive coverage of the various events on the agenda in the country by the various commentators. Each show ends with "Night Song" - a celebrity or politician who comes up for broadcast and chooses a song that closes the show.

HaHadashot 2 - Morning Edition is the morning news program of Keshet 2, which airs Sunday through Thursday between 06:00 and 10:00. It is produced for Keshet 2 by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company.

Weekend Morning is the morning program of Keshet 2, which airs Fridays and Saturdays between 07:00 and 10:00. The program is partly devoted to current affairs, and is devoted for the rest of its time to the fringes of news and to health, food, sports, consumerism, culture and leisure.

Bip is a Israeli comedy-oriented television channel owned by Keshet Media Group, which lanuched in 2000.

Bip broadcasts Israeli based comedy-oriented shows, and foreign ones, but also includes Israeli based original television shows, including Project Bip, a stand-up comedy competition. Most of its shows are limited for the age 14 and older. The channel also broadcasts several non-comedy foreign shows.

Music 24 is an Israeli popular music channel owned by Keshet Media Group, which was launched on July 20, 2003 and broadcasts music videos by Israeli musicians. Apart from music videos, the channel has different music-related shows, including interviews with musicians, live performances, music-oriented talk shows and programs which are dedicated to a specific genre of music.

The channel's editor-in-chief, Yoav Kutner, has been one of the most influential figures in the Israeli rock scene. For more than 20 years he has been instrumental in introducing new singers, both Israeli and foreign, in his radio shows (which he quit in order to head the TV channel) to generations of Israeli music fans.

HaHadashot 24 is an Israeli 24-hour news and current affairs television channel operated by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company. The channel began broadcasting on 16 December 2001.

The channel covers the news through the eyes of Israeli society in all its diversity. In a unique newsroom, about 150 journalists cover national and international affairs and regional current events, and present views from multiple audiences in panel debates. Every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, a 10-minute news program is presented live from the newsroom.

The main 9pm hour-long news program offers full coverage of international, Middle East and Israeli news. All the burning issues are covered and reviewed with news reports delivered by HaHadashot 2 reporters worldwide. The program also combines a panel debate where different views are confronted. Each evening, a famous figure from the world of politics, economy and culture takes the stage for a 16-minute “down-the line” interview.

Arutz Tish'im VeTesha - Arutz HaKnesset is a public Israeli terrestrial channel that broadcasts the sessions of the Knesset as well as some other programs concerning the Israeli parliament. The channel is operated by Keshet Media Group subsidiary Israel Television News Company.

Prior to the establishment of the Knesset Channel in 2004, the Knesset programming were produced by the Israel Broadcasting Authority and were relayed in its Channel 33 (Israel).
