Plot 1: Protecting the Union

The Union has been viciously attacked by the Dutch. We must strike back swiftly and fiercely. As the union begins one of the largest and most ambitious military operations in history, sending a vast navy towards Europe full of troops to bring justice for the people of York, the Secret Service has been alerted about the possibility of infiltrators. This is a very large operation that is critical for the war. The Secret Service must do everything in its power to protect it against all who might seek to sabotage it. The Secret Service's agents are already knowledgeable in the arts of counter-espionage and security from their work in protecting the PAU treasury. Now they shall apply their expertise to safeguarding the invasion. The flow of money must be carefully monitored to ensure it reaches all the troops who need it. Supply chains must be maintained. Armaments must be checked to avoid fakes. Ships must be secured from stowaways and other saboteurs. All of this work the Secret Service shall undertake under the cloak of secrecy, as they have been trained to do. And this large-scale operation will prepare them to expand their security services in the future beyond treasury protection into general protection of the military and its operations.
