WHAT IS THIS DID I REALLY MAKE A PASTE?!

Stream Plans???

Dare I?! Dare I actually post a PLANS pastebin?! Given my track record of actually sticking to ANYTHING I post in here, I'm hesitant to do this. BUT... since I've been enjoying streaming again lately, and I since  haven't made a paste in a billion years, here we go!

First.. yes, indeed, I am enjoying streaming again. It has helped me SO much to have my basement finished to have a dedicated area set up again. Instead of feeling like I'm banished off to a back corner somewhere, I feel like I have a place that's mine - and the way we have things oriented helps me feel like I'm still able to be around my wife and see what's going on in the rest of the room. Finishing our basement has, indeed, been a really great decision and I'm really happy with how it's turned out. I'm super grateful to those of you who have been popping in and out of my chat. I won't be super available over the next few weeks, since my father-in-law is in town, but after that I think I can really get back into things.

As for games, my current major goal is 1:29 in DKC2 102%. I wasn't sure if I'd go for this first or 39 in any% first, but after having a lot of fun prepping for and having a good run in v0oid's relay (awesome event, bud!), it really feels like 102 is the way to go. My current PB splits are very easy to run against, and with a 1:28:40 sum of best, I should be able to get there even with my current strats. However, even given that, I've still gone through and made notes for ways I can save time in every single stage. I'm slowly working in some of that new tech while doing occasional runs. (shoutouts to Stew for providing some great tips!)

AFTER that 1:29, I'll consider two things: either going for 39 in any% (probably a more challenging goal than 1:29), OR.... start up another Excalibur II Perfect Game. Path C. It really depends on when I get to 1:29 and how I'm feeling when I get there. E2PG could take 3-4 months to get through, so I could push that back to the Spring.

Longer term, I can see re-visiting 103% in DKC3. I'm still Top-10 on the leaderboards for both 101% and 102%, so it could be fun to shoot for that in 103 as well. More realistically, I'd be happy with just sub-2 hours. If I do this, it would be around Christmas time - because MERRY code.

But, as always, no guarantees on anything. This is just where my had is at and what I'm excited about right now. I've also enjoyed the Mario Maker streams I've done, would love to do more Diablo II runs, and still have a bunch of NES games lurking in the back of my mind (not to mention Aweglib's patended Super-hundo-pent-athlaton). I don't have as much time as I used to, but I'd really like to start building up my stream again. I'd love to finally break that 1500-follower mark, get a consistent viewership going, and get enough subs to at least earn one more emote. Mostly, though, I'm just glad to be enjoying it all again. :)
