Raiton - Lance

After performing the required seals, Tsuki extends his arm forward and opens his hand palm out. From the epicenter of his hand, a beam of condensed lightning fires out and in a straight path.

Raiton - Lightning Release Armor
Wrapping himself in a veil of lightning chakra, Tsuki is able to electrically stimulate his nervous system. Speeding up his synapses, his muscles can respond faster and more effectively. It pushes his physical form to the absolute threshold of limit possible, for the given muscle mass at the given time. His hair stands up the more chakra he has coursing around and through him, standing entirely on end when at the highest form of activation.

When fully charged, Tsuki leaves trails of lightning behind in his wake of movement. Whilst unable to actually teleport, he is able to move very, very quickly - even potentially breaking beyond the sound barrier when really able to let loose. The lightning chakra also allows for a form of defense to be achieved, deflecting incoming attacks effortlessly - even more so when he actively defends himself.

Raiton - Electric Carnival

Tsuki offloads a massive amount of lightning chakra from his body, flooding the ambient enviroment with electrical charge. This causes random jolts of lightning to flicker from location to location, shifting from one hyper charged area to a much less charged section. This technique is often only used on a massive scale, and as a result is highly random - meaning on some occasions little to no bolts of lightning discharge towards the target, whilst at other times the target can become bombarded with bolts.

Raiton - Grounding Bolt
Hand Seals - Rat, Horse
Tsuki builds up a massive electrical charge within him, and upon making contact with the chosen object, he discharges it all. Often enough, this causes a bolt of lightning to not only originate within the object, but raise up through and into then sky out of. This causes immense amounts of thermal damage within the target, as well as the electrical shock from the current.

Raiton - Lightning Pillar Illusion

By releasing a massive burst of lightning chakra in the form of a bright flash, Tsuki applies a genjutsu to the target. Upon being disorientated, images are implanted by Tsuki to the victims head. These can be entirely fabricated, or simply modifications of actual events. This means a varying level of mental manipulation is granted, and the desired result is entirely dependant upon the effect created by the user.

Raiton - Ordance from Above

Discharging lightning chakra into the air above him, Tsuki causes massive storm clouds to form. Then more chakra is implanted into the ground below, which then causes real lightning to streak down from above. The chakra within the ground is used as a targeting system, picking up on the targets own internal electrical current for near pin point accuracy.
